4-bedroom, 2-bathroom historic home, located less than a block from Main Street, Ouray; the perfect spacious home base for your mountain getaway!

Step into the spacious living area and kitchen with open floor plan perfect for your family or group to gather and visit while preparing a meal together. A formal dining area with seating for 8 guests provides a great space for entertaining. The comfortable family room area invites guest to enjoy their favorite movie on the 65-inch flat-screen TV and an electric built-in fireplace.

Bed Configuration:
Primary Bedroom - King Bed - 2nd Floor
2nd Bedroom - King and Queen Beds - 2nd Floor
3rd Bedroom - King and Queen Beds - 2nd Floor
4th Bedroom - Full Bed - 1st Floor

Retreat into the spacious bedrooms, featuring a first floor full bed with the full bathroom located just around the corner. Upstairs guests will enjoy the comfort of AC units and the Primary bedroom features a King Bed. The second and third bedrooms feature a King and Queen bed in each room and a full bathroom located at the top of the stairs.

The washer and dryer are located on the second floor in the common area.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the propane grill and private yard, complete with outdoor table and seating.

The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250). Please follow the Pet Policy.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Guys week......
What a fantastic stay.... basically in town location, plenty of room for 6 adults, deer in the front yard, a bear in the alley way on garbage day, coyotes running down main street. You cannot beat the location, the house itself is perfect. We will be back, no doubt.....

Amazing Location
We loved that this house was right next to the Main Street. The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking, gorgeous mountains. The kitchen was well stocked, comfy beds. Plenty of room for our family of six. The kids loved the pool table, games and toys! We enjoyed the two separate living rooms, so our two teens could watch something different than our two younger ones. Great communication with the property manager. We would definitely stay here again. Everyone in town was so nice too, lots of conversations, very friendly people. We loved Orivs Hot Springs, just a 10 min drive, it’s a must!!

Very enjoyable place for our group of 7. Clean, kitchen well stocked for those who enjoy cooking, beds are comfortable. TV access to all your usual streaming platforms. Downtown Ouray is right out the door. Management was helpful, easily available, not intrusive.

Family Vacation Ouray
Our family of 11, including 6 adults and 5 kids under the age of 13, spent 6 full days at this very spacious, non-fussy home in Ouray. It was a perfect location to walk to all the highlights of the town, being just a block off Main St, and to drive to nearby locations. I appreciated the large uncluttered rooms with all amenities. Because the house was tidy but not overly pristine, it made for a relaxing week. The kids enjoyed the basement pool table and chalkboard walls, but the space was very much in need of a good cleaning. The front door lock was difficult to open. I was told that one could only access the house via a set of stairs so decided not to bring my 100 year-old-mother who uses a walker. This was not the case as the front door is a straight shot from the parking area in front. I was afraid with windows open at night the streets might be noisy but most establishments close by 9 PM so we experienced very little noise.

Perfect for our needs
What a lovely old house! Well-maintained and upgraded with the essentials. We enjoyed having multiple places to ‘hang out’ - both indoors and outdoors. The yard was a lovely place to sit and perfect for our dogs. We even heard some soft jazz in the evening from a nearby restaurant. Communication was excellent. Easy check in and check out. The kitchen is a bit snug for multiple chefs, but there is plenty of other space nearby and it was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable. One of our best rental experiences.

Charming historical house, perfect location
Charming historical house, perfect location, right on Main street and 8th Ave. You can walk to the Cascade waterfall park in two minutes. The interior is clean and tastefully done. The rooms are spacious. There is a basement with a pool table - nice surprise. Showers, washer/dryer are all in great working condition. The only imperfections would be the smell in the bedrooms (which could be from a previous guest who smoked); the quality of the bedsheets could be improved a tad. Overall a winner in this beautiful small town up in the high mountains.

Perfect location. Perfect home.
We had the best stay in Ouray thanks to staying at this property! The home layout is perfect. Every age group had a space to hang out in. The location can’t be beat. The adults in our group were able to play yard games while the kids easily walked to the hot springs and park down the street. We walked to MoJos coffee every morning, and walked to Main Street for shopping, food, and drinks (it’s a half block away!). Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We are already planning a trip back.

Outstanding property!
We had a wonderful time staying at the property. The home was clean and spacious. The large table for our group was great for sharing meals and the beds were very comfortable. The fenced yard with chairs outside was nice to relax with our dog after a day of ice climbing! Nice location, right down the street from Cascade falls. Thanks so much! We will be back.

Lots of beds. Great for large families. Right off of Main St. Parking can be a little difficult in front of the house. It was unusually warm while we were there, so the upstairs was pretty warm, but didn’t take long to cool down at night. There’s a basement with a pool table. However there is also a small room in the basement with one chair in it, blue walls and someone wrote “let me out” on the inside of the door to that little room. Creeped us out a little. Overall, was a good place to stay. Has all the conveniences you need! Close to everything in Ouray.

Great location - about 1/2 block from Main St and downtown Ouray. Able to walk to shops and restaurants. House was very clean and contained everything we needed for a 5 day stay. House has been rehabbed and, while there were only 4 of us, it would easily accommodate larger groups / families. Would definitely stay here agin!

The location was amazing with a short drive (or walk) up the road to Cascade Falls, which was beautiful. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Pool table a fun bonus. Upstairs rooms quite warm late July - we bought fans and then it was fine. Tons of space to spread out.

Great location
Overall we enjoyed this property very much. It is within walking distance to anywhere downtown. The home was very clean and roomy. Lots of room for our family of 8. Be aware that if the temperatures are warm, there is no air conditioning. Most of the time this would not be a problem, but the day we checked in it was 86 degrees upstairs, which is where the bedrooms are. There appeared to be an air conditioning unit and on the thermostat you could select heat or cool. We contacted the property manager and were told that the home doesn’t have air conditioning, but she would contact maintenance. We didn’t hear anything more after that. After a couple days it cooled off and it didn’t matter anyway. We enjoyed the roominess of the home. The kitchen is supplied with a keurig and a drip coffeemaker. Also many utensils, dishes, pots and pans.

Ouray/Telluride Skiing and Mountain Adventure
One of the nicest places I have ever stayed in! The house was more than big enough for our party of six. Beautifully restored home just around the corner from Main Street. Ouray is a dream - an incredible historical mountain town! In the house, the furnishings all seemed new with very comfortable beds and linens. There were multiple sofas that were very comfortable, especially after a full day of skiing! The house was stocked with many games and movies, to watch on the two flat screen smart tv’s - with Apple TV’s. The basement had a pool table which also was perfect entertainment after skiing! The kitchen and dining room had everything imaginable that one would need to prepare large meals. The manager was also very responsive. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this beautiful property!!!
