Only here overnight. Love the large size of the room. Also love the large size of the bed and its comfort. But the bed pillows were too soft. Unable to get the shower to work.

Pros: The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. The automatic pancake maker was extremely entertaining for breakfast. The hotel takes you back in time with the decore and you feel like you went back in time. Would stay again.

Everything was alright. The staff were very friendly & I enjoyed the breakfast! Comfortable beds, but hotel needs to try and improve on the bathroom cleanliness. There was also a weird smell as you enter the room. This needs a lot of improvement.

We enjoyed our stay and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the shower gel ran out and all we had was a small bar of hand soap to use. But the shower had shampoo and conditioner available. We were able to get extra towels which we needed because the wet floor was very slippery. The shower was also very slippery so it was a good thing they had a vertical bar that had been mounted in the wall. Unfortunately, they used regular steel screws which had rusted and left a rust stain on the shower wall. The TV screen size was a really large 55-in.

The motel was clean , not fancy. We just needed somewhere to sleep. Put very noisy. Next door someone hammered for over an hour. Then someone checked in and very noisy. Like I said just needed a less expensive place to sleep. Good for 1 night.

Room was good overall but both the inside of the fridge and the desk lamp were covered in mold. Booked a luxury suite with jacuzzi, walked into the bathroom and one of the panels of the jacuzzi was on the ground exposing electrical outlets, tried to reattach it but it kept falling off.

I do not know how this property got its ratings so high. When walking in the building you can tell the property isn’t upkept as the front doors are clunking when sliding open, and the elevator shaft you can literally hear water coming down it. Room not any better. My white comforter had what looked like a kook aid stain on it and curtain rod had a clump of hair on it. There was also no soap provided in the bathroom and had to use the shower gel from the shower. I love the Overland Park area and trusted the high scores, but I for sure don’t recommend nor would I ever stay here again.
