Music is too loud at night from the Irish pub. Loud and non stop into midnight. Wish i knew.

The room I got was spacious, clean and nice. The staff are friendly and A for location because it’s in the heart of the village. The only negative was checking in because I arrived at 4pm and it was a 30 mins wait because big line and only two staff members. My suggestion would be to check in at 3:30 not 4pm to avoid the crowd.

Had a great time at Mosaic....super fun....there is a resort fee that is otpional that gets u underground parking, premium wifi, open air gondola, etc.....the parking is suprr convenient as thr free parking is about 6 min walk away.....i found for premium wifi it was pretry spotty and was not able to do all i needed with internet that i upgraded for ao that was disappointing. The staff were always kind and friendly and suoer helpful.

I've stayed at Blue Mountain many times! Lots to do & a great selection of restaurants. I love that the rooms have a full kitchen with everything you need. I used the pool for the first time there and it was the perfect temp and I like the layout of it. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend!!

We were very impressed with Kimberly who greeted us and provided incredible customer service. We have been coming to blue for years and celebrated our anniversary. A lovely card and chocolate were delivered to our door. Entire stay was great ..only thing we would challenge is the prices at Firehall Pixza restaurant. Cant believe the increase..and drinks were not very big. Draft came in a child size glass for almost 13$.. we will be back at Blue but not to this overpriced restaurant.

Great staff and hotel, only con in my opinion is needed to pay extra for on site parking. It should be included in the price in my opinion. Otherwise the hotel is very clean and you are supplied with a lot of things in the rooms.

Customer Service and Location Top Notch
Checking in was easy and I received an upgrade for my birthday. The room we got was perfect except a slight issue with the thermostat and the temp was not going down. Since it was a Friday night it was easier to switch our rooms which had a bottle of lovely wine waiting to compensate (although it wasn't necessary, it was such a nice gesture). The location was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better couple days away. We will definitely be back.
