Cleanliness is exceptional. Staff is professional, friendly amd warm. full breakfast is of good quality - having mixed berries as part of breakfast is a plus. Common facilities are also great, especially free laundry machines for guest use. The one thing that would be really great to add in the future is a sauna and hot tub - that would bring it from a 9 to a 10 (out of 10).

Everything is great, except the one lady at the front desk. At check in I didn't experience the warm welcoming approach you usually find in hotels, and more like grocery store checkout. There was 5 of us ,so we needed 2 more towels, when I called the front desk, the same lady said come down here and get them. I've never experienced that in a hotel before. Beside that one staff member, Everything is else was excellent.

Brigette in the bar friendly efficient. Breakfast buffet scrumptious, great assortment. Cleanliness is excellent. Very special Hotel more like a 5 star. Not enough accolades for an above average hotel. Staff friendly, and efficient. The Hotel Manager very modest when I complimented him about this fine hotel he replied.. “ I take no credit, it’s all the staff.” Very modest! We are going to return very soon. We were spoiled by this Hotel experience.

Muliple food options for breakfast and food items were clearly labeled as dairyfree which really helped us given our son is allergic to dairy products. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms and common areas were nice and clean. Easy parking options.
