The only issue was the free form hot tub was being refurbished. I would have like to have known this before booking. The rest of the property was great. Clean, lots of new finishes, very nice staff. Fireplace in the room. Had a great time.

Westin Trillium House Blue Mountain
The Westin Trillium House is great because it offers a suite populated with fridge, dishes, two burners and a dishwasher. The bedroom had a queen size bed but the room was tight for getting around. Unfortunately we were place in a room that was right outside a maintenance building; resulting in hearing trucks start up at 6am. We had valet service; waiting 25 minutes for a car to be brought up front and finally had to ask for the car keys and my husband got the car himself. I would still recommend the Westin. the staff were friendly and the rooms very clean.

We stayed for our anniversary over night. And upon arrival, there was no notice about the whirlpool or sauna out of order. The jets in the hot tub weren’t working. It was clean and quiet, it was nice and the dining options were great.

We had a very nice stay. Our room was okay but it looked like it had previously been part of another room which had been renovated into two units. We were at the very end of the hall on the 4th floor. There was some strange carpeted moveable steps to get to our balcony. Our balcony deck was wood whereas the rest were cement. Felt like an appendage to the building. Wouldn't care for that room in the future. We didn't find out till after cancellation date that the hot tub was not working but was told before arrival. Upon arrival we discovered also the sauna was not working. We were not told about that at all. I may have thought twice about booking if we knew only the pool was available. They are doing renovations which I was told but again it was after my cancellation date. This information would have been helpful when I was making my decision to book. Otherwise the staff was very nice and the room was a good size.
