Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is peacefully located in a block of flats in homely Headington and close to various top attractions in Oxford!

This apartment offers a refined retreat that combines classic style with modern comfort. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options like Netflix and Amazon Prime, and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. The apartment also has a washer, a dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

There's also a parking space for one car included.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Headington is a leafy residential suburb home to Oxford Brookes University campus, wooded Headington Hill Park, and sprawling South Park, which overlooks the city centre. Relaxed Italian and Asian restaurants line busy Headington Road, alongside thrift stores and traditional pubs. A huge fibreglass shark diving into the roof of a Victorian terraced house is a much-photographed landmark.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest Bus stop, Wick Close, is just a 2-minute walk.

Oxford Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £100 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
