Had a great stay there recently on vacation. Great hotel, clean room, nice breakfast. Only problem was driving to hotel...our gps didn't like the location and we had VERY HARD TIME getting there(I had clicked on the hotel in my maps app and took us into the area in the wrong place and had to back track)...Doing it again I would have put "Kassam Stadium" into the GPS...that is right next to the hotel. Very quiet location when we were there...free parking and very pleasant staff.

New, clean, quiet, but bring a rug!
New, very clean, but basic but adequate motel style amenities only. Main problem was heating, on cold winter day- room cold on entry- hotel had low occupancy so no heat from adjacent rooms. A/C based warm air sytem required call to reception to activate. Then only heated top of room. Took several hours for warmth to reach bed level. Only thin duvets provided so room needed to be warm, and had to use towels/overcoats as bed coverings. Breakfast (extra) was fine. Quiet so quick check in/out.

Nice hotel but breakfast a bit chaotic
Nice hotel, clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast was a little chaotic with lots of people in a small room getting in each others way - and long waits while staff replaced the empty buffet trays for a cooked breakfast. Check in and check out all very easy with friendly staff.

Had a great stay. Just one night. The room was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Towels, soaps etc, coffee making facility. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was relaxed and welcoming, offering hot and cold food and drinks. Free car parking available.

Great out of town hotel, with easy parking, lovely breakfast and very helpful staff. Buses available to get to the town centre but we walked (45mins) and used a taxi to return (£11)

The hotel is very nice and room 224 was very spacious but the bed mattress was a bit lumpy and so didn’t sleep very well. Breakfast was included and was very enjoyable.
