From check in to check out the staff was very polite and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. I was very impressed with the breakfast offerings and the number of healthy choices. My only complaint is the poor quality of the conditioner and shampoo in the rooms.

The hotel is your average 2-3star hotel, but the overwhelming attempt to mask other (?smoke) smells gave me an instant headache and runny nose. Or else it’s the cleaning products, but you know instantly that there’s an issue that’s not being solved with the toxic floral odor. Please stop.

Great stay. Crazy busy! Kiea (spelled wrong) was at the front and she doesn’t make enough. She was so nice and was Handling rude customers. She was always wishing a good day, and gave me a complimentary water when leaving

Room was standard, nothing amazing but nothing bad. The customer service was superb. The breakfast.., not many options but ok. I would have liked some areas to be more clean but nothing even close to bad. Basically a good decent priced option.

I'm in a wheelchair this Hampton Inn Oxford-West I give it 3 stars overall for area around the property b/c they didn't have enough handicap parking. Imand their ice machine's were all broke all 5 floors so had to get 2 water's for myself and 2 other drink's for my child at vending machine which was on the ground floor had drinks and snacks in it.
