The VIEW!! It’s close to restaurants and there is a walking path all around the area. The bed was comfy and we had a balcony we could sit on to watch the boats in the marina and all the walkers. The narrative on the Hotels.com website stated there are laundry facilities. There are not. Beautiful place. We loved it!

The carpet in hallway smelled dingy. Coincidentally the fire stairs had new carpet. The toilet paper was so thin I thought it was crate paper. otherwise, it was OK.

Enjoyed my stay. Location is ideal, within walking distance of restaurants, there is a park next door for kids, and the view of the marina was amazing. The room was nice and comfortable, but not spectacular. Will stay here again on by next trip to Oxnard
