Our room was on the first floor facing a area that was hidden from view. My complaint was the Window was NOT locked and anyone could have pushed open the window and climbed into the room. Their staff show check and lock all windows on the first floor. Thank you Rory

experience was amazing I also love the fact that I could just go down to the lobby and purchase some snacks if I want it instead of walking or driving to the 7-Eleven down the road The staff was amazing even the security showed their presence, which was great because you really sometimes don’t see that as often

Overall a good a stay, but had more of a best western conversion in the room. The lobby was nice and convenient. The suite I stayed in was funky in lay out. Looks like it was in the middle of a remodel or not sure what they were doing with it. big open area with only a 2 seater armchair, just felt open and wasted space. bedroom was nice, but the tub which i thought was a 1 seater was actually a 2 seater in the shape of a heart. Little more cheesy than romantic. Main bathroom was good except only 1 sink and very short tub, like a converted ADA bathroom. Good place for a get away over night up to Ventura/Oxnard

The property seemed aged. The room rugs looked worn and their color looked faded. In the bathroom you could not use the tub to lay down in. The shower head was coated in minerals and was difficult to adjust. Above the bed it looks as if someone with a dirty hand trampolined off the bed and put a dirty handprint on the ceiling that we had to look at for three days. TV control was awkward to use.
