The gentleman who spoke excellent English helped us when we drove up to the front is a very excellent representative and face for the hotel and demonstrates hospitality well. The overall hotel has the feeling of omotenashi which is rarer and rarer now as more foreign workers and more foreigners with a disregard for Japanese unspoken habits are hired in these hotels. I hope to come back just to relax and hope to see this hotel maintain its excellence.

One of the best I ever stayed. Pricey, yes, but service was great, room was great, view was great, amenities was great (mini bar should have been complimentary at this price point surely), and tons of things to do around. Definitely will stay here again if I am visiting Fuji.
