Service was great. Jr. Suite not so great. Skylight leaks. Room is too big so heater doesn't work. S lot of ants in restroom. They dont give you a room key you have to keep asking them to open up the room everytime you leave and come back. They tolds us not to leave anything of value because it might get stolen. Bed is worn out. Not enough bed sheets. Jacuzzi takes for ever to heat up not enough hot water.

Las llaves de agua no de la regadera no se pueden regular, sale muy caliente o muy fria. Creo que se trata de un calentador de paso que corta el suministro al exisitir presión del agua fria. Las almohadas tenian una bolsa de plástico debajo de su funda eso es muy incomodo.

El servicio, habitación y ubicación me gustaron mucho, aparte que varias amistades nos quedamos en el hotel nos atendieron muy bien nos dejaron convivir en las habitaciones (obviamente todo controlado) y tener tu propia cochera y la habitación personal es agradable al igual que sea todo rustico RECOMENDADO!!!

me gusto la limpieza de la habitacion, no me gusto el servicio de agua caliente en la regadera salia agua caliente hasta las 9:00 de la mañana y yo la nececitaba para las 8:00 a.m. otra cosa el lugar esta algo alejado del centro para mis recorridos. el trato fue amable. desayuno muy pobre tambien.

No deberian incluir como una atraccion debla habitacion la chimenea ya que no te dejan usarla, pero en general la estancia fue buena. Es mas un motel que un hotel. El desayuno que incluyen es cafe (agua caliente con cafe) jugo (medio chafa) y pan tostado. podría mejorar.

He llegado al hotel y me enteré que estaba lejos como de una hora para llegar a HUASCA, mi destino de mi viaje. Cuando yo preparé mi viaje en línea en EXPEDIA NO HABÌA NINGUNA INFORMACIÓN DE QUE EL HOTEL ESTABA TAN LEJOS. LLegué al hotel, a la rezepción y volví a mi casa. Ya marqué a EXPEDIA para informar de este mal servicio de información en línea. Me van a regresar el monto que pagué en la tarjeta de credito, se lo agradezco a final estoy haciendo todos mis viajes por EXPEDIA, como ustedes lo pueden mir en mis itinerários programados desde el año pasado y van hasta proximo mes de mayo.
