Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a 2 bedroom hotel room located within the Clipper Inn. If you need a Quiet get away then the North Coast Area of Pacific Beach is your destination The flat sandy beaches are the perfect place to take long walks with out the crowd of other people and great for playing in the sand with the kids. Nicely remodeled rooms with a Maritime Flare the Lighthouse room has 2 separate bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with shower, a small kitchenette, WiFi, and walking distance to the beach. Very quite town with beautiful beaches.
The Lighthouse room will sleep 4 adults only.

Very pleasant and restful stay
Stayed at the Clipper Inn for one night. Check-in couldn't have been simpler once we figured out we just needed to locate the Lighthouse suite and push the door open. Clean, well-appointed rooms, and very comfortable beds. Quiet little community with a cozy coffee shop, the Wacky Warehouse is a true destination, and of course the beautiful beach a few steps away. Would definitely return.

Clean, comfortable, enjoyed our stay.
We only stayed overnight, but enjoyed our stay! The entire place was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we slept well. While it is not oceanfront, we could see the water from our windows. The street noise was a bit loud but quieted down completely after ten. Marty was available by message as needed and very responsive. The only caveat I would give is that there is a flight of fairly steep stairs up to the rooms, so not recommended if that is a problem for you.

We enjoyed our stay at the clipper inn. The unit was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the location is close to the beach. One thing to keep in mind is that cell phone service is not available in pacific beach (at least, not at&t), so be sure to view check-in instructions before you get out of range. Overall great experience and great value for this property.

Great little spot to stay
Loved this spot and experience. Everything was clean and in good order. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was just a micro and fridge, as advertised, but OK. Overall very bright and cheery. Location was a short walk to the beach and reasonably quiet although road noise from the main drag was there when windows were open. Stayed on a weekday so no noise from below. Would go back again anytime, good value, and recommend.

It was more spacious and modernized than I expected. Also liked the extra amenities, the BQ and patio, and the clamming cleaning station. The mud room was a nice touch to supply a place to leave our wet clothes. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice clean space. I may not have reviewed this place in detail as I was under the assumption there would be cooking facilities only to find a microwave, a sink and a toaster. I also did not realize there would be a flight of stairs to climb to get to our room. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!
