"Stayed for 3 nights with family in June. Great location, everything just around the corner. Hotel staff was super friendly and we felt really warmly welcomed. They gave us good restaurant suggestions and made the reservations for us too. I arranged a little surprise for my husbands birthday with the help from the hotel, and it was just perfect. We had room with big terrace facing the street. The room was absolutely beautiful. Parking was very easy, just left the car in front of the hotel and they would park it. And when you needed the car, 5 min and the car was brought to you. The breakfast was also delicious. Absolutely wonderful hotel, will definitely come back next time in Verona!"

"This was a nice hotel, but not five-star quality. Restaurant service was very slow for dinner, wine did not arrive in time, getting a bill was almost impossible. There was no service, towels or drinks available at the outdoor pool by 5pm. The jacuzzi in the indoor spa was not working properly. Staff was not as attentive as they should at this price range. However, location was nice by the lakeside, boats to Sirmione leave by the hotel, and the rooms are nice and clean"
