Dear Jalena,My sincere apologies for any inconvenience that you may have experienced in my hotel. Because this is a tropical Island, unfortunately, some things are beyond our control. I tried to remedy your complaints, I even offered you another suite on the third floor, but unfortunately it was not sufficient.I was deeply saddened when you informed me that you were relocating. And, as a good will gesture, I drove you to the other hotel. I am doing everything thing possible to ensure that this does not happen again.Again, my sincere apologies.Best regards,Celia Dawkins
