Located near fishing lakes and the National Forest it's the perfect location to stay in the bustle of life, while still feeling tucked away from that big city hustle. Fishing licenses for the lakes can be provided at the Rec center. No swimming is permitted in the lakes as lake weed is prevalent and can snag a person. Small boats are allowed with permit.

Guests will have access to the entire home and can reach us during the day and emergencies at night and on weekends. This is a self check in and check out condo.

LUXURIOUS LIVING AREA / DINING SPACE: Sink into the sectional in the main floor living area, equipped with a Smart TV, wood burning fireplace (must provide your own wood), and a generous dining table with ample seating, complemented by additional counter seating.

GOURMET KITCHEN: Experience culinary delights with an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for both cooking and serving meals.

BONUS LOFT: Elevated couch seating above the kitchen provides a cozy vantage point.

EVERYDAY CONVENIENCES: Find a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and supplied with laundry essentials, along with linens, towels, toiletries (soaps, shampoo/conditioner), trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: A few steps are required to access the condo, spread across two levels.

PARKING: Enjoy the convenience of 2 reserved parking spaces across from the condo (with Unit 121 signs), and additional guest parking available in the nearby parking lot by the lush grassy area.

As mentioned prior, quick access to uptown and downtown, guests can experience the entirety of Pagosa at a whim.
30-minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area guests can travel through the Rocky Mountains, cross the Great Divide, or hike the many trails available; guests are sure to find adventure lurking around every corner.
Pagosa is located in the middle of the Rocky Mountains and is approximately an hour's drive to other similar mountain towns such as Durango, and South Fork.
Located in the Southwest corner of the state, we are very close to the New Mexico State Line where even more National Parks, trails, lakes and more can be located and enjoyed by all.

There are two reserved parking spaces available for guest to the left of the trash area. There are signs labeled Unit 121 at each parking space for reference.

There is a pet fee of $25 per pet, with a limit of one pet, and pets must weigh 20 lbs or less.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.

Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.

Hatcher Lake Townhome offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
