Quietly, it is ideally located 100 meters from the sea and 50 meters from the playground of Poulafret Paimpol.
The harbor is about 900 meters away and the commercial area is 1 km away.
The GR34 hiking trail is about 30 meters from the house.
On the ground floor, a brand new kitchen, open to the living room (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven ...), 4/5 seater sofa meridian and dining table.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 140 and 1 bed of 90) and a bathroom.

Hervorragende Unterkunft!
Wir wurden von der Vermieterin persönlich bei unserer Ankunft sehr nett empfangen. Das kleine Fischerhaus ist ein liebevoll und mit vielen persönlichen Dingen eingerichtetes Feriendomizil. Das Haus ist top saniert und sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Paimpol est une belle petite ville bien centrée pour visiter la Bretagne du nord depuis Cancal jusqu’à Lannion. Il faut visiter la côte et l’arrière-pays.

Vacances en famille à Paimpol
Séjour très agréable dans une petite maison de pêcheur bien placée et équipée. Emplacement idéal à proximité de la base nautique de Poulafret parfait pour des activités avec les enfants. Communication facile avec les propriétaires. Nous recommandons ce logement pour une famille de 4 à 5 personnes.

Maison a paimpo'
Ma femme a dû laver toute la vaisselle qui était rempli de nourriture des anciens locataires de la maison. Nous n'avons pas eu la télé de la semaine et cette maison est dépourvue d'Internet pas top quand il fait pas beau et que par défaut nous devons rester à la maison. Rue très passante donc des personnes qui parlent fort toute la nuit dans la rue passage intensif difficile quand on a des enfants qui veulent dormir .

Maison agréable et très bien située
Agréable maison, bien agencée, bien décorée et très bien équipée. Le petit jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables. La localisation est idéale à deux pas des sentiers de randonnée et à 10mn à pied du centre et du port de Paimpol toujours bien animé. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Nous recommandons !!!

Bonne adresse pour un Noël à la mer 🤩
Charmante petite maison de pêcheur, bien située, accès à pieds tout autour : port, abbaye. La réalité est conforme au descriptif..des petits plus pour se sentir accueilli ( tapis salle de bain , petit chauffage d'appoint ...qui n'a pas servi 😉 et même la petite touche déco de Noël) Ravis de notre séjour. Paimpol est très agréable à vivre

Zwei tolle Wochen in Paimpol
Wir haben die Zeit in diesem wunderschönen, gemütlichen Ferienhäuschen sehr genossen. Es war herrlich, in zwei Minuten Fußweg am Spielplatz und am Meer zu sein. Und auch der ca. 15 minütige Spaziergang in die Innenstadt und zum Hafen hat uns immer Spaß gemacht. Tolle Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung und alles, was man brauchte, vor Ort. Sogar eine Waschmaschine und Fahrräder, eine Babybadewanne und ein Hochstuhl bzw Kinderbett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und bedanken uns für einen Urlaub, der in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben wird. Paimpol ist einfach ein wunderbares Fleckchen Erde, an das ich ein bisschen mein Herz verloren habe :)
