Located on the Concho River just 12 miles west of Lake Ivie on FM 1929 behind a gated entrance, this charming 2400sq ft farmhouse will accommodate up to 6 guests. Heat and air conditioning, big screen TV, WIFI and internet, full kitchen, washer & dryer, charcoal grill and propane grill are available for your convenience just bring your charcoal or propane, secure boat parking with water, electricity and air compressor! Our farmhouse is set up for your complete fishing and boating convenience within our gated ranch. Sit out under the pergola or play a round of horseshoes. Charming Setup

We enjoyed our stay in Paint Rock at this charming ranch. It has all the amenities that you would need to have a nice vacation. Each morning we were visited by turkeys along with many other wildlife. I would recommend. Thanks for the stay!

Amazing get away for the family

First and foremost, Mrs. Vikki and her husband are probably some of the nicest people I have ever met! The place was absolutely amazing. Plenty of wildlife to look and perfectly secluded off the highway and right next to the river where there is plenty of fish. My family and friends are already getting our schedules lined up to go back in the next few months. Thank you and your husband for such a great time and see you soon!!

Great Property with everything you need

We enjoyed our stay while we fished at OH Ivie. The short drive from the property is direct. The host had everything we needed to cook all of our meals and also provided additional treats and snacks which we thought was nice. We would recommend staying

Beautiful Place

Great remote setup with a property that has a nice river to fish in and plenty of scenery and outdoor space to cook, start a fire and relax. Really recommend this property, and owners were very good communicating while we were there.

Fabulous Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and the house was perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed meeting and visiting with the owners! Such a lovely couple who really seems to care about their guests. The "Good Luck" cookies were a special surprise for the boys fishing in the FAN State Tourney at O.H Ivey. Thank you and we can't wait to return!

O.H. Ivey fishing with a great place to stay.

Really enjoyed the property, great accommodations and scenery you must see to believe. Property is West Texas at it’s finest. The owners have taken great care of the property and have many wild animals and we witnessed a number of them; Oryx, Whitetail Deer, Dove and Turkey. The home was great, A/C was cold, home was decorated nicely and had the essentials one would need for a stay. Owners even made some banana bread for us. Definitely will stay here again.

Fishing trip

Fantastic place. Perfect respite after a hard day of fishing at Ivie. Definitely exceeded expectations. The property owners went out of the way to accommodate a last minute change.
