The hotel is in a great location on the river and overlooking the bridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property is a bit dated and run down in some areas but still a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

I stayed there 6 nights from 11/27 to 12/02 and booked two rooms for family of three. One night, we came back from our day trip, tired and want to shower and go to bed; walked in our room - smelling so bad. I went down and told front desk that our room smells bad and cannot stay in there. Front desk told me that they will send someone to look at it. We waited outside for awhile, no one came. I went down to front desk again, and saw the staffs did not do anything. I told them to go smell the room themselves and let me know if they can stay there. So, one of the workers (he’s not the front desk, looking like he’s security. He told those staffs to go ahead changed the room for me.). They went up to our room, and the security guy said it smells like the death rat in the A/C room. This is one of the incidents that the staffs are careless.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Checking in literally took a minute. They had our room keys ready when we walked in. The hotel is older but we got a suite for $50/night so it was worth it. Very good breakfast with a lot of options. Would definitely stay again.
