Amazing Palermo
Suite quaroni is smack in the middle of all the Palermo hustle and bustle. Fabulous location for access to all that Palermo has to offer. Our room had a small terrace overlooking a courtyard. The room was fantastic and very clean with great shower facilities. Unfortunatelt,thier was no one available at desk to check out @7am so all we could do was leave the room keys at the desk. I would definitely look at suite quaroni for our return visit.

Great location! Close to so many restaurants and shopping. Nice, clean and modern decor. Our room having a terrace was a great option. Lack of great air conditioning would be my only negative feedback.

When we arrived at the property no one was there to let us in. There were no instructions to gain entry. There was no number supplied by hotels.com to contact the host. An awful experience and very upsetting

This is a bare-bones property which has no element of service -- but it is very conveniently located and properly maintained. That said, the maid ate the food that we were told was free (turns out they charge handsomely for snacks laid out on the counter) and we had to dispute that. Also the entry to the "suite" is dark and a bit sketchy, late at night. It is centrally located, which is great, but I would not stay there again.
