Less than seven miles south, you'll find Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, spanning over 1,000 acres, where you can view a spectacular array of desert wildlife and indigenous plants. The Indian Wells Tennis Gardens are only four and a half miles away, with professional courts to challenge a friend on. Many shops are available on El Paseo Drive, just six miles south. Great Family Vacation Home
This home has everything you may need while on vacation. Comfortable furnishings and a fully appointed kitchen to meet your cooking desires. If you don’t want to cook, this property is centrally located to many restaurants and activities the desert has to offer. We were there for a family wedding so we rented the VACASA property next door as well. It was a perfect setup for our family.

Beautiful Palm Valley Condo
The condo was just lovely. There was plenty of room for three adults. The only improvement would be an umbrella for the patio. Even in January, the sun was strong and at certain times of the day, there was no shade. The check in process was weird. We had to wait until 3:45 to get into the property. even though it was vacant that day. We literally sat at the gate and waited for the codes to enter. We are in our seventies and I found this process to be insulting and pointless. We were treated like convicts instead of guest who had prepaid the entire rental fee.

Nice get away...
In the beginning I wasn’t sure when we discovered the house temp was going to be locked at a higher than comfortable temperature. However the property ownership responded to our needs and helped us to enjoy our stay. To us customer service makes the difference. Overall. The house was nicely decorated, great outdoor living, well equipped and perfect location. . Had a great time just relaxing. The only negative was bit of a musty smell especially in the garage but again nothing too terrible.

Property is well appointed and decorated nicely. Housekeeping unacceptable.
Property well appointed and decorated nicely and has everything your needed for your stay. Major concern is the housekeeping; cleaners do not pay attention to details, items remained from the last people that stayed i.e. shoes under the bed, dust ruffle on the master bed is torn, hanging on the floor and stained, shoes left on the shelf in two closets, some strange item in a plastic bag left in the bathroom window, dining table had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time, ants on the kitchen counter. There was a lack of accuracy with the online listing which showed TV's in each bedroom but that was not so, it was obvious the TV and the stand had been removed from one bedroom. It took 3 tried to get some explanation/clarification as to what to do about these concerns. It was not until I spoke with a person named Amber that I was guided how to move forward with my concerns. I never spoke with the property managers or anyone from housekeeping. I was told, "due to Covid restrictions housekeeping will not be going into homes unless it's an dire emergency while a guest is in home." I had to leave my concerns with customer service. We spend the first 2 hours sanitizing and cleaning for our comfort. Attention to detail is a must and the housekeepers are lacking in that area. We love the home and the location but I cannot recommend this property due to housekeeping issues. Management must require them to do a much better job of cleaning. This is not my first VRBO property but I'm disappointed with this one.

Good location, size and amenities
The home is well furnished, clean and with three bedrooms, a good size. There is a nice patio that faces the golf course fairway, and a short 100 meter walk to a community pool. The home is in a gated community, where check in was easy. And having a punch code lock on the door meant we didn’t have to be let in. We had a great time.

Exceptionally well equipped condo
The condo is lovely, as the pictures show - spacious, with high ceilings, and very pleasant views of the golf course from the living room/dining room, and of course from the patio. What set it apart from other units we've rented through VRBO is how well equipped it is. The kitchen has everything a real cook might need (including muffin pans, two electric mixers, blender, grater, etc.). The only thing missing was an ice cream scoop, but we managed with a spoon! The bedrooms all had an abundance of pillows and blankets, and there were loads of towels, including for the pool (the pool is quite close by, we enjoyed it and the hot tub). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay,

Palm Desert Getaway
Really enjoyed this property. It was in a good location for golfing, hiking, dining, shopping. The property was very well stocked with kitchen essentials, towels, beddings, even soap, shampoo and conditioner. Lots of games and books also. The neighbours were all friendly and the pool and hot tub were steps away. Only complaints are there weren't any smart TV's so could not watch Netflix, etc. and the kitchen only had sponges as opposed to dishrags which I prefer. Golf and club privileges are not allowed unfortunatley
