-No loud noises to the point where neighbors are disturbed, otherwise reservation will be cancelled without any refund. We have outdoor cameras and neighborhood security to ensure a safe/quiet environment. No smoking indoors allowed. Smoking will incur a $500 fee.

-Sometimes last minute bookings may require some lead for preparation and check in, contact us for more info.

-All guests must specify the number of people staying in unit for reservation. Any excess people over the stated amount on reservation will be charged $100/person. There will be no charge as long as you state exact number of people at time of booking.
