They need more furniture in the rooms. There is no where to put luggage or anything. The bathroom the same. Toothbrush only if you’re lucky. Need s new outdoor cushions. The place needs help but it’s a great place to stay.

Nice property and friendly people. Good value. Room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Minimal furniture. No bureau, one desk and chair, one endtable for bed. But if you want a clean comfortable room, this place is good.

The property was really nice and Palm springs vibe. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was excellent (pillows could be replaced) and comfortable. Bathroom was a bathroom! Now,we opted for a kitchen - true disappoint. Had to buy bowls, utensils and condiments. True, wasn't cooking all meals but needed a place to make light meals and snacks. On check-in, had difficulty with a/c (not told about remote on wall) called and fixed- whew only 117 outside. And then had difficulty with TV. Tried to operate tv remote with no success. Called front desk and no help there....she called in maintenance man and he found that the previous guest had mixed up the remote operation. Fixed and operational and went on with our vist

We stayed here for a week for my son’s baseball tournament. The room itself was spotless, and I had no complaints about it other than that the coffee machine had not been cleaned in months, and it showed, so we could not enjoy the complimentary coffee pods. The property from the outside is pretty rundown, but it’s still pretty safe to walk around tonight. Overall, our experience was pretty great, and we would return back

This is an older property that has been well kept up and modernized somewhat. The only drawback is that some rooms back on to the street, and can be quite noisy at times. I had reserved a specific room but arrived to find that it was unavailable so was given another which I did not like as well because of the noise. But that happens when another guest decides to stay over. I would consider returning if guaranteed the room I requested. Office was not open when I left so I had to leave the key in the room and was unable to request a receipt at the time.

We were accomodated an early check in which was awesome; never hurts to ask! The room was clean, even had a kitchenette so we could bring any leftovers back to eat later. The spa pool was a nice treat tho we went during the hottest time of year. If there was anything extra I needed I was able to get it from the front desk, however, there were a few mornings where the lobby opened later than operation presented (i.e. 9-9:30 as opposed to 8 am). I understand things happen, but the small inconvenience of having your room key become demagnetized at any time due to close proximity of your phone or charge cards can present an issue. Overall tho, great stay, and would stay again in the future!

“IT’S NOT OVER UNTIL IT’S OVER”!!! (YOGI BERRA)
My 2 week stay at 7 SPRINGS INN & SUITES was for the most part pretty great! The staff was extremely friendly and they make you want to keep extending your vacation at their resort!! You have to respect good business practices and I certainly did. We were having EXTREME HEAT WARNINGS WITH TEMPERATURES REACHING 122 DEGREES SEVERAL DAYS. My airconditioning system malfunctioned the last 2 days of my almost 3 week stay at 7 SPRINGS so because I liked the staff so much, I decided not to OVER COMPLAIN which could have made their jobs more difficult. That was my fault for not insisting it be completely fixed ASAP or move me to another room. I really felt physically ill because I was unable to get any sleep just those last 2 nights but it turned out to make me feel sick and miserable. So I would rate my stay at 7 SPRINGS INN & SUITES for 85% of the time 5 out of 5 STARS. THE FINAL 2 DAYS GET 2 out of 5 STARS BECAUSE OF A BROKEN COOLING SYSTEM DURING A SERIOUS HEAT WAVE THAT NEVER GAVE ANY DAYS OF RELIEF FOR ALMOST ONE MONTH STRAIGHT!

Great location within walking distance of most restaurants and shops in town. Room was delightfully cold, A/C going when we checked in (120 degrees outside). Rooms could use some sprucing up, fresh paint, but very serviceable over all.
