Each bedroom has sliding doors that open to a private patio with outstanding Palm Springs mountain views and, for your convenience, this home away has its very own washer and dryer. Enjoy private patio access from your living room with a gas barbecue grill and an outdoor dining table with incredible views of the mountains and golf course.

The public golf course and driving range are just minutes away with uninterrupted views of the majestic Palm Springs mountain vistas. Though it will be hard to leave your own private oasis, downtown Palm Springs is just three miles away offering a plethora of local boutiques, museums, restaurants, and casinos that will fill each day with fun. Not to mention, the hiking trails of Mount San Jacinto State Park and Joshua Tree National Park are great places to change up the scenery and enjoy the unique desert landscape.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must stay at this home for a minimum of 28 days.
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
