This was a great place to stay other than how cold it was in the hotel. The staff was polite and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable after a long drive and we had a complimentary breakfast which was fantastic.

At night time, our room smelled terrible. It smelled like Gas and sewage. The smell woke us up.

I liked the rate, good value for price. I liked the included breakfast. The staff was friendly, check in was easy. Wish they had a better bar and better stocked market.

The staff did not answer numerous calls to the front desk when our television didn’t work. When I went down to the front desk, I found her helping a gust with their Mobile app. Had I have had an emergency in my room, I wouldn’t have received help. I asked about the calls to the front desk and she avoided them. she told me that she had told me at check it that the television wasn’t working. I told her she hadn’t and she said that she had. I would have remembered that. I understand the lake of tv service was out of her hands but answering the phone was. The situation didn’t have to happen.

The Wi-Fi or cable was not working. But the hotel was nice. They only had one person working the front desk so there was a line to check in and a line to check out.
