I didn't like that i was told i couldn't check in until 4pm and that wasn't true. I didn't like that my room never got cleaned when i requested that it be cleaned. The coffee was horrible

Desert gem

After many hours of driving from the Southwest this hotel was the oasis. Beautiful grounds and room is very luxurious. All the amenities were available and could kick back and relax.

The hotel room was clean and the staff were very nice. Howere, there was NO bar as advertised, so they should really take that off the website and 3rd party sites. Also, the only had a heated pool and its too hot for a heated pool in Indio for like 8 months out of the year.
