The condo is beautiful with all the comforts of home and a very well stocked kitchen. The furniture was all very comfortable and the condo was beautifully decorated. Check in and out was seamless and easy. We arrived early and Robert was very accomodating. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived at night in the dark and Robert was extremely helpful on the phone in helping me figure out accessing the unit. The TVs were a bit of a challenge but, when I needed assistance, help was ALWAYS on the way. Robert is patient and extremely attentive in making sure this guest figured everything out. Fell ill a few days after arriving, so I can say unequivocally the unit was comfortable and extremely convenient to stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend the unit. Robert is a stellar host!

Robert’s place was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. Great location, near downtown and we were able to walk to the Casino. The private hot tub was just what we needed for the chilly nights. We will be back!

Lovely stay
Was in town for a conference and was glad to have this wonderful place to land each night. It is only a 4 minute walk to the convention center and was nice to be so close. I was staying by myself and felt very safe. The condo was well equipped and clean. Highly recommend.

The one bedroom house is exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very helpful. We loved the quiet location which was walking distance (20 to 30 minutes) from downtown.

A wonderful location and wonderful accommodations!
My partner and I had a very comfortable stay in Robert’s place. We love the location, very close to downtown and very quiet with friendly neighbors. We had all the amenities we could think of for a great stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the TV was easy to use, the little pool/jacuzzi on the patio was perfect for hot days and cool nights. This is our third property we’ve stayed at in Palm Springs - it was by far the best! It’s quiet, away from the street and centrally located. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We hope it’s available for our next visit!

Perfect stay for a couple
My husband and I stayed a week here and it was amazing. Close to shopping, downtown and all the restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed. Super comfortable king size bed. The hot tub spa was a bonus and well used. Don’t forget to visit the Living Zoo, the tram, Old Las Palmas and Joshua tree national park. Robert was the perfect host. We would stay here again. Well appointed condo with great location
As stated in the title the condo was in a great location, close to downtown Palm Springs. It had very nice linens, towels and other soft goods. The kitchen was outfitted with anything one would want. It was dog friendly, and the neighborhood was very walkable and it was enjoyable to experience the movie colony area. The condo was just as described in the listing, the check-in and checkout process was seamless and communication about how to access the property etc. was also perfect. It was very clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend.

EVERYTHING & MORE!!!
I have to say that both the space and the host were even better than anticipated! I lost my grandfather right before our planned trip so we arrived late, but Robert checked in on us to ensure we were able to get in and that we received all instructions to get access to everything we needed. He also helped us several times when we had questions or needed suggestions about where to spend and focus our time. A word about the kitchen and the amenities. My partner is a chef and I can't say enough about how well stocked the kitchen is and having a chef who is usually so picky about the tools and appliances he has to work with - this is usually the area we have issues. But on this trip, it was the opposite and got nothing but praise for how amazing it was to have every tool he needed to cook with. I know we made many memories and will look back fondly on the wonderful dishes my partner created while staying in Palm Springs. We made a Costco trip along with the nearby grocery store and had more than we needed for the week so was even able to leave a bottle of vermouth and wine behind as a thank you for such amazing hospitality. Next time we are in Palm Springs or planning a trip, Robert's pad will be the first place we look to stay! Thank you again for being so great! Don't even give it a second thought - this place has everything you need and more and right in the middle of DT Palm Spring close to everything! Book it while you can, you won't be disappointed!!!
