Design: In the design of the Royal Hawaiian Estates, Donald Wexler and Rich Harrison make a statement in the truest spirit of their times. From their first conception, Wexler's ideas have been single-mindedly directed toward the clean, modernist lines of Bauhaus design adapted to unique desert scenery and climate. His apprenticeship with Neutra and Cody, his steadfast vision of clean lines leading the eye to open vistas, sometimes framed as graceful arches may be considered his personal signature.

Royal Hawaiian Estates is centrally located in South Palm Springs just a short walk to restaurants or a short drive to downtown for shopping and nightlife. Before heading out for a full day in the city, make your way to the beautiful trails of Indian Canyons and indulge in a morning walk or horseback ride! For a bit of change of scenery, take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway or meander around the foliage of the Moorten Botanical Garden. Though this home will fulfill all of your architectural desires, a plethora of mid-century celebrity homes are worth checking out in town as well.
THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
