After arriving tired and a little ill, we had to wait nearly 2 extra hours til our room was ready, no chairs to sit on. No one contacted us as promised when the room was finally ready, so that was more wait time on top. We were informed that we were being rude when in fact we weren't. We asked to be compensated for the upgrade but were denied. The bed mattresses are very saggy and uncomfortable, there are no bags in the dog relief area, there is dog excrement everywhere, and I mean every where, a pit bull not on leash was hanging around. We were charged an exorbitant amount (135.00) for an early booking. The ratevof the day was. $90. We were checking the app while we waited for our room to be cleaned, and it waa $90. Why get penalized for an early booking? But overall the place is just really dirty, and there were homeless people on every corner. We've stayed in other Motel 6's and had a very nice time there. Any ways, the fridge and microwave worked fine,and are a good size, This place is a dump and I would never recommend it to anyone for any reason.

Numerous individuals experiencing homelessness were present on the property and in the parking lot. Staff did not appear to prioritize guest safety. The room provided did not match the reservation details.

Lobby door still sticks after a visit a year ago. Took an entire day for room to finally get warm. Looking up at the furnace filter, I’m not sure it has been changed in a year. Floors are not swept or mopped and may have had drugs on them. Homeless were sleeping in the car next to mine one entire day. The early checkout morning, additional homeless were sleeping inside the gates swimming pool area. Pretty sure having an onsite security guard could be a simple solution. The wifi never worked and could never reach anyone by calling the front desk.

It would not recommend this place to anyone. It has been run down and there are some interesting things happening there. I don’t like to say drugs if I don’t know it, this time I can say drug use.

It was quiet. The first room did not have a microwave, which I paid extra for. So we were moved 2 rooms down to one with a microwave. But the shower over sprayed over the top of the curtain and soaked the toilet, toilet paper, and saturated the bath mat and puddled on the floor. My clothes on the toilet tank and shoes on the floor were soaked when I got out of the shower. When I went to get ice for my drinks, I was told the vending room closed at 10:00 and would reopen at 9:00 a.m. I was not told this upon check-in or I would have gotten ice before it was closed. And s room with 2 beds was supplied with only one washcloth? And there was hair in the shower drain that started floating around my feet.
