A great night’s rest is guaranteed at The 655. All bedrooms have stunning feature walls and Casper mattresses with plush mattress toppers and high-quality linens.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfy king-sized bed, a wet bar with beverage cooler, a retro inspired desk, a Frame TV, and a large private ensuite bathroom with an extra spacious shower. Feel free to make yourself at home and unpack your belongings in the spacious closet and vintage dresser. This room offers direct access to the beautiful backyard and firepit so you can wander out to the pool directly from your bedroom.
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a Frame TV, and access to the back patio. A stylish ensuite bathroom offers comfort and privacy. A large closet and dresser make it feel like home!
The third bedroom has a bunkbed backed by a trendy rainbow accent wall. Don’t be fooled, these are not your average bunkbeds–they are both full mattress with comfy toppers. A connected bathroom with a tub, a frame TV, and access to the back patio make this one of the more popular rooms.
The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed and offers sweeping mountain views with direct access to the pool. There’s also a large closet and dresser for you to store your personal belongings

All four bathrooms provide guests with a luxurious spa-like experience, with tiled walk-in showers(or a soaker tub), dual flush toilets, and large lit anti-fog mirrors. Turkish cotton towels provide the ultimate in comfort. The primary bathroom is equipped with dual vanities and a private toilet closet.

The gourmet kitchen and huge peninsula provide plenty of counter space to cook and enjoy a family dinner or blend frozen margaritas. You’ll find everything you need in this modern space, including a new double fridge and freezer set, a pebble ice machine,, chef's utensils and kitchenware, cocktail glasses, wine glasses, and pool-friendly cups.
Enjoy meals at the vintage-style dining table coupled with a banquette for easier group seating while taking in the gorgeous landscaping and mountain views of the property.
Beyond the dining area sits the lovely, bright lounge. This area features a large comfortable sofa and a flat-screen Frame Smart TV. Backed by 12-foot sliding glass doors make it easy to blend the indoor and outdoor space.
This is the perfect place to host a family game night (we have a small collection of board games) or whip up cocktails using the extensive glassware collection.
☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
The outdoor space is the centerpiece of this gorgeous home. Stylish block walls and gates surround the home along with a green hedge giving you the utmost privacy. Expertly designed landscaping show off an array of desert plants. You can enjoy sweeping mountain views from the pool area while sipping on a cocktail or grilling in the outdoor kitchen.
The pool is six feet deep and features a jacuzzi spa, a tanning shelf, and large bench in the deep end. If you prefer to stay dry while working on your tan, there are also numerous sun loungers as well as two cabana beds outside the pool.
The outdoor kitchen boasts a 6-burner Blaze grill and hi-top bar, and there’s a large dining table for memorable outdoor meals. Gather around the custom fire pit in the evenings and take full advantage of the fun game area, which includes a bocce ball court and cornhole.
Other perks of the outdoor space include an intimate seating area with a bubbler fountain, a full-size cooler to keep your drinks cold, and a shade sail structure to help you beat the heat of the sun.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, pool/spa, outdoor kitchen and dining, and all yards.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY.
IMPORTANT CITY RULES:
These are rules for all of Palm Springs Vacation Short Term Rentals. (These are not our rules, but must be strictly adhered to):
OCCUPANCY
For short term stays the occupancy is limited to 12 overnight guests (10 adults and 2 children). An additional 4 daytime guests are allowed (10a-10p). There is no flexibility on these limits per the City of Palm Springs, and they cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
PARKING
5 cars total allowed on property and street. 5 cars can easily fit in our carport/driveway. You may be required to provide all license plate numbers at check-in.
Please keep these Occupancy and Parking limits in mind when booking the house. If you aren't able to comply with these regulations, we ask that you find another suitable property in Palm Springs - thanks!
GOOD NEIGHBOR BROCHURE & RULES AND REGULATIONS:
You will receive a copy at check-in and the Responsible Person and all adult guests will be required to sign a City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Statement of Rules and Regulations at check-in.
RESPONSIBLE PERSON
The responsible person (person on the rental contract) must be 25 years of age or older.
BEHAVIOR / NOISE
One of the most coveted features of this neighborhood is the quiet relaxation it offers. This is not a party house, and excessive noise or exceeding the number of allowed guests will not be tolerated. Outdoor music heard at the property line at any hour is prohibited by City Ordinance. (This includes playing music indoors with the doors open). Quiet hours of 10pm to 10am must be respected. Any noise after this time must not be audible at the property line. A noise violation will result in costly fines, which will be charged to you. A second or egregious violation will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental fees.
Pool heat is available for additional $100 per day (spa heat is included in the nightly rate).
Pet fee of $150 per stay.
Early checkin or late checkout, when available ranges from $100-$150 .
