Location location location! I was attending an USCAP course down the road, it was literally 7 minutes walk, downtown was same distance, very convenient! Very safe upscale area, room was spacious and clean, yet outdated and AC and fridge were loud ( they left me a flyer about room renovations in 2025), there is a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave which is very convenient, however, they are incredibly stingy with the coffee and tea products! They only left one tea bag and one bag of condiments and one decaf tea bag, with a couple of coffee packs, I called the next day after using one tea bag and the sugar and they replaced just that!!!!!!! And did the same the next day but I just went to Starbucks for my tea an coffee, this really bothered me and I did tell the front desk while checking out and she apologized and said the will retrain the person responsible! The pool and hot tub seemed nice but I didn’t have time to use so can’t judge, I also did t use the spa, they don’t have a restaurant but they have a convenience store and there was a breakfast restaurant across the street (didn’t try) and Starbucks was less than 10 minutes walk, I would go back after they renovate the rooms but I will bring my own tea bags and sugar!

Two Week Break in the Sun!
Two week stay to visit family - the room was a little dated but had everything we could possibly need and it was very clean. The pool area was lovely - lots of room and always sun loungers available. The location is second to none - a 2 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs. The maintenance and cleaning staff were particularly friendly.

The staff at check-in was amazing. Jane was upbeat, kind, and overall seemed to really like her job. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the pool area. The only thing negative I have to say is the rooms are extremely outdated and the beds are extremely old and hard. Both my husband and i had a terrible time sleeping and got up the next morning with a a lot of back pain becuase of the bed/matress.The springs even made a loud noise when you would sit on the bed. Once rooms are renovated, including new mattresses, we will definitely stay again.
