SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the three bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The master suite has a King bed and views of the mountains and pool yard. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks and a large shower with a rainfall showerhead. The second and third guest rooms have King beds and share easy access to the full bathroom in the hall.

Driving is completely optional while staying at this property - conveniently located in the popular Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood. You'll be less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive, close to both the South Palm Springs Business District and the bustling Downtown area. Grocery stores, fine dining, casual restaurants, nighttime entertainment, and some great coffee shops are all just a 15-30 minute walk or an easy Uber ride away. This really is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything - but removed from the hustle and bustle of Downtown.
