Featuring four contemporary bedrooms with stylish accents, spacious outdoor areas with spectacular views, and covered outdoor BBQ/kitchen, you will have everything needed for a memorable stay. The lushly landscaped grounds are highlighted by a sparkling saltwater swimming pool with an integrated spa that cascades into the pool below. A covered poolside lanai, complete with a misting system, creates a spacious outdoor dining area that seats six. At dusk, landscape lighting spotlights the tropical qualities of this outdoor oasis. Inside, the living area offers spacious surroundings with comfortable seating and a 50' HD TV. You'll find your way easily around the modern, well-designed gourmet kitchen; it's fully equipped and large enough to handle the demands of a family or for entertaining. Features include granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop stove, and breakfast bar seating.

The large master suite is an intimate retreat complete with an ensuite bathroom, a comfortable King size bed, and a 32' HD TV. There is also a sliding door with direct access to the pool & backyard area. Three additional bedrooms share a hall bath with a walk-in shower. Two feature queen beds and the third a king bed. All three bedrooms include HD TVs as well.

WHAT'S NEARBY
Perched just north of Palm Springs International Airport, this getaway will be easy to find upon arrival. When you want to venture out, make the short three-mile drive over to downtown and spend the day exploring the best of this desert city. Take your pick of local boutiques, delicious restaurants, art galleries, and casinos that line the famous Palm Canyon Drive. For a bit of outdoor activity, the hiking trails and golf courses will be just the ticket for soaking up some sun. If you want to take a day trip, the beauty of Joshua Tree National Park is just 35 miles away offering hiking trails, rock climbing, and even a cholla cacti garden!

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Beautiful home but not stocked with needs
We really enjoyed the house, it met our needs in terms of having plenty of space for the family and the pool and jacuzzi were the best parts. When we initially booked, I specifically requested that the pool and jacuzzi get heated, but the day prior to us checking in, I called again and waited on hold for over 45 minutes to get someone on the phone to confirm the wtaer would. be heated. Then then proceeded to tell me it was too late for that request and I had to battle for the next 10 hours with the property management and they finally agreed to turn it on. So that was very stressful and frustrating and started our vacation off a little hard. While the house itself was great, there was a lack of basic essentials that all rental homes should have available for it's guests. There were NO trash bags, no sponge to clean dishes with, no paper towels, no laundry detergent and a complete lack of cleaning supplies, so within the first hour of us being at the house, we had to head out to the grocery store and pay out of our own pockets to have these basic items available for our stay. Just a recommendation to property management - you have a great home to manage, your guests will enjoy the house, but please do a better job restocking the essentials of the house between stays.

The overall maintenance of the house was poor . The flooring in the master bath was destroyed from what looked like water damage . There was a strong smell of mildew and black mold looked apparent . The second bath had a similar odor . I called the morning of our stay and reported this issue and many others . Five days later , my issues and concerns have not been addressed.. I have called everyday to followup . I have stayed in many homes with this company , and NEVER have I had such a horrible experience .

Nice house but worn. Pool has severe calcium build up all around waterline. Base boards and walls are marred and dinger. Furniture is beat and worn also. High mileage property, not the best views. Landscaping is overgrown and uncapped. Trellis on back wall is falling over.

We were not happy there because of cleaning
First day we arrived and saw the pool was not clean and also the carpet of the door was full of the pets hair and also the corner of the yard was a plastic full of pups which they didn't clean it. The Ac at night was not ok we could not change the temp at night it was hot for us. They fix it with 76 degree which it was hot at night for us And also the front door and carpet was not clean.

Excellent house!
This house is excellent and just as stated in the ad , BUT there is a middle man management co. That has its own rules, not the same as stated on VRBO. Ie. you must go there first just to sign the rules. They tried to charge $25/day for spa heat, and check out was 10 am, not 3 pm as stated on VRBO. This place would be amazing without the middle man. I also had to fill out a contract with all guests names and license plates. Owner, your house was perfect! Have the management co. Follow your VRBO statements, or change your VRBO ad to match their rules. It was a little bait and switch situation. Other than that, I’d highly recommend the house with its beautiful pool and backyard amenities.
