Had the worst experience in my life here. The front desk man was rude and disrespectful when he spoke to my friends and I. He refused to give me his name when I asked for it. He was older, skinny & tall with the glasses. The day was sunday August 25th night shift. We ended up wanting to leave because we no longer wanted to be there where this man had access to our room. He locked us out of our room and withheld our personal belongings. We told him to let us get our stuff and he would not give us new keys until after a full on 20 min argument in front of other guests checking in. When asked to refund us for the room at least he refused. Ended up in the streets of Mallorca at midnight with no place to stay with my two girlfriends. We work at a luxury hotel in California and I’m appalled and disgusted in the way this man treated paying guests.

Beautiful ocean front property with great amenities. The breakfast is very good as well. Parking is impossible around the hotel though if you rent a car.

Exactly what I had hoped for - a great location 9 minute taxi ride from airport, the Hotel is immaculate- it smells clean from the minute you arrive, the rooftop terrace is idyllic. We were lucky to have a room with a beach view, the rooms are lovely and well equipped with little extras like lovely toiletries, dressing gown and slippers . I would definitely recommend and would love to come back

We loved the setting of the BQ and found staff friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean and contemporary. Not so keen on the see through toilet door and don’t think it would work for everybody! Wardrobe difficult to use. Breakfast excellent and roof top pool and surroundings lovely. Loved the area

Second visit, and enjoyed it even more than the first time. Staff are excellent and so is the food. Rooftop pool area is quiet and can always get a sunbed.

Had a lovely 3 night stay, breakfast very good. There was a lot of choice. The hotel is very clean, the only down side is the lack of late check out facilities. There is only 1 show for everyone to share.

Great customer service
Our stay at the Hotel has been great! On our second day there was an issue but it was handle with care understanding and tried to rectify our disappointment. The manager Sandro took control of the situation and our stay was amazing and would definitely recommend family and friends. Also Maria from the restaurant was excellent friendly approachable and always goes above and beyond with her service.
