We really enjoyed our stay, the beds are comfortable, everything very clean and the breakfast was great. No problem sleeping, we didn’t hear and aircraft sounds from the nearby airport. Would stay here again

Vacaciones en verano y el aire acondicionado no funcionó, la habitación tenía olor a humedad, era un sauna caliente, por unos instantes se fue la luz por completo en todo el hotel. El a/c nunca funcionó y fue imposible dormir con tanto calor. No tenian un servicio técnico que solucionara el aire de mi habitación.

The hotel was very clean, it was very close to a beach perfect for young couples, however there was a problem with staff, they weren't disrespectful however it was very slow to check in, i think having more than one reception desk would be more beneficial, other than that the stay was relaxing and our checkout went smoothly

Lovely clean hotel with helpful friendly staff. Our room was spotless. Beach is just at the end of the road. We hired the bikes for the day which was great and were able to pay for a late checkout. Could do with more sunbeds (and not let people reserve them!) and our room was quite small but would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place, comfortably quiet. Not all staff spoke English, only a slight issue. Our double bed was just two singles put together which would’ve been fine if there was a double mattress sheet to strap them together, but there was not.

Great hotel close to Palma airport
Clean and comfortable hotel. Perfect for that last night in Mallorca before heading to the airport. Location is outside of Palma centre but still close to a little town. Would recommend.

Fabulous Hotel
Fabulous hotel. Very clean. Room & balcony very clean. Pool area small but plenty of free sunbeds! Had the chicken wrap for lunch which was a great price , huge amount & delicious. Very nice hotel.

The staff at the hotel where not helpful at all they always seemed to want to rush any conversation you would try to have with them there was no kettle or cups tea bags coffee ect in the hotel room which I found bizarre as I’ve always had these things every time I had went to any hotel you had to pay for even a cup of tea they only thing u got for free was some nuts! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as staff are unhelpful and can be quiet rude wouldn’t go back there

Hotel was clean and stuff very friendly and accommodating. It was quite even though very close to the airport. Our booking included breakfast which was amazing. Hotel also have small and clean gym which was unexpected bonus and we ended up using it two times. Area around is also nice but a bit busy with cars parked all around. The parking situation is the only negative but that is not specific to this hotel so I did not take mark on this. You have to park on the street and sometimes in the evenings we had to go couple of rounds around the area to find spot. I can just imaging how bad this can be in the summer. On the positive side location was good for exploring the whole island via daily trips so little paring headache was not deal breaker.

The AC was broken and staff did nothing to accommodate me, said there were no more rooms available and the maintenance would not come until next day. I could not sleep due to how hot it was. The staff did not offer anything to make it right. The night staff was rude.

Good visit
Bed super comfortable but very small room had to squeeze to get past the bed to go into balcony. Breakfast good but sign said wait to be seated but no one came, anyone could walk in I guess. Shower good but again very small if I was any bigger I couldn't fit in,
