Nice hotel but not 4 stars needs up dating and more staff required

Ihan kiva hotelli lähellä rantakatua ja lentokenttäbussin pysäkkiä. Siisti ja tilava huone mutta näkymät ja sijainti sivukujalle. Huone oli hyvässä kunnossa mutta kylpyhuoneen poramme ei toiminut. Sanoin asiasta vastaanotossa mutta asia ei korjaantunut. Hotellissa kylpyläosasto jonka poreammeita kokeilimme. Saunat ilmeisesti käytössä vain eri pyynnöstä.

Pros: Sijainti.
Cons: Henkilökunnan palveluasennetta.
Tyly henkilökunta. Minibaari tyhjä, ei huonepalvelua, vaikka esittelyssä luvattiin. Kaunis kevätpäivät, mutta aamiaista ei saanut syödä terassilla (rules?). Kaikissa muissa alueen hotelleissa kyllä saa - Mirador, Costa Azul, Palas Athenea...

Äiti-lapsi loma

Iso huone ja kylppäri. Baarikaappiin mahtui hyvin pienet iltapalatarvikkeet. Wifi toimi moitteettomasti huoneessa. Spa alue ihan siisti ja ok. Henkilökunta avulias ja osaava. Lastenrattailla helppo ja esteetön kulku. Bussiyhteys keskustaan heti vieressä samoin kävellen pääsi helposti keskustaan ja markettiin.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht im hotel Armadam,wollten uns Palma ansehen.Die Beschreibung des hotels war korrekt dargestellt,dh. Die Lage war zentral es war ruhig, man ist sofort am Hafen,in 10 Minuten im Zentrum.Ausstattung insgesamt sowie Prei-Leistungsverhältnis waren gut.Personal..freundlich.Wir genossen das saubere Schwimmbad. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Loma ystävän kanssa

Saavuimme hotelliin 11.55. Huoneen check-in-ajaksi oli varauksessa mainittu klo 12, mutta meille kerrottiin että huoneemme olisi valmis vasta n.klo 13.30. Mitään korvausta ei tarjottu, saimme kuitenkin jättää laukut hotellille odotuksen ajaksi. Huone oli iso ja siisti, ja toiveemme parvekkeesta oli huomioitu, mikä oli iloinen yllätys. Erään huonesiivouksen yhteydessä siivooja oli jättänyt pöydälle siivousrätin, muuten siivous toimi moitteettomasti. Hotellin vastaanottohenkilökunta ei ollut erityisen palvelualtista, teki vain välttämättömän. Hotellin ulko-Uima-allas oli siisti, spa-alue kaipaa päivitystä, jotta sitä voisi kutsua spa:ksi.

Clean Hotel

Quiet and clean small hotel at walking distance from the Palma centrum activities. Spacious clean room, decent breakfast and friendly staff. The only minus was the contents of the mini-bar: for beer there was but a foreign brand(?) offered as substitute!

Kurzurlaub

Das Hotel war sauber und die Lage gut. Für einen Kurzurlaub sicher zu empfehlen. Es wäre wünschenswert gewesen, dass man beim Einchecken einige Informationen erhalten hätte. Man musste alles immer nachfragen.
