We apologize for the inconveniences you had during your stay in our Hotel. Regarding the passport we are obliged by law to register all the customers in the Hotel, therefore we ask for the passort on arrival in order to fill the registration form in, which we try to return back as soon as possible. I agree with you thart the attitude of the receptionist was not the right one to handle the problem you had in the room with the bad smell, we are really sorry about it We would like to receive you in the Hotel again and make sure that you enjoy a pleasant holiday with us.
