Welcome to my house!

This beautiful two-bedroom house is located in the Golf Montado Urbanization in Palmela and is distributed across two floors. The property features a shared pool and a garden with fruit trees, allowing guests to cool off and have fun together.

The living room features a sofa, an armchair, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, a piano, a cosy fireplace, and a dining table for four. You can enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing comfort with access to the garden and a shared pool steps away. For those who love al fresco dining, a small terrace awaits you, furnished with a table and four chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The property also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, and a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

A small demi-close balcony, complete with a drying rack for your convenience, allows you to dry your clothes easily after a day of outdoor activities.

The first bedroom has a double bed and a private balcony, and the second has two single beds, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. All bedrooms have wardrobes with hangers for all your storage needs.

The property also includes two bathrooms and a powder room, ensuring that everyone has enough space and privacy. All the bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

Palmela is a charming town located in the Setúbal District of Portugal. Palmela is conveniently located, making it easy to reach nearby attractions such as Setúbal, Sesimbra, and the beautiful beaches along the coast. The town is dominated by the impressive Palmela Castle, a Moorish fortress that offers panoramic views of the surrounding area, including the Troia Peninsula and Lisbon.

Palmela is in the heart of the Setúbal Peninsula and is renowned for its wine production. The local vineyards produce the famous Muscatel wine, and the area is dotted with wineries offering wine tastings.

The surrounding landscape is characterized by rolling hills covered with vineyards and cork oak forests. The Arrábida Natural Park is nearby, providing opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking and birdwatching.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
