What a great day I especially like that I was a family-run business and the manager was always available to assist me and to make recommendations of things to do and he spoke English and was so very friendly what a great day I stayed for two nights and I'm going to go back again in the fall

We were only there one night, but it was a nice clean room and bathroom, had good patient staff, and even though we didn't use the pool, if we were staying longer we certainly would have. It was beautifully blue, clear and inviting. The travertines which we came to see were within a couple of 100m of the place. The town very laid back and friendly, was well worth the trip.

A nice and clean family run hotel on Pamukkale. The manager was also able to assist us with a transfer to Afrodisias and Ladokia.

This was a pleasant surprise! Great location! Excellent service! Comfortable bed! Good WiFi! Hot shower in a large shower area! Did I mention location? Would definitely recommend, and will stay here when back in beautiful Pamukkale!

This is my second review for this hotel! We stayed here one week ago with no problems and were happy with our stay. Unfortunately our second visit which was a layover on our trip home was terrible. We were traveling as a group my nieces and sister were staying at another hotel in the area and they stopped by as we were going to visit Pamukkale as a group. They were not there more than 5 minutes when the owner started yelling at the top of his voice at my 8 year old niece for putting her foot in the pool with her flip flops on. He then yelled, again loudly and disrespectfully, at us for being loud, it was 5 o’clock in the afternoon poolside and we were talking in a normal tone of voice. I retract my original review, do not stay here! My sister stayed at Alida and was very happy, smiling faces , helpful, good customer service.

Good location - near central town and travertine . The room is confortable and big bathroom ( the biggest bathroom so far in my 10-day Turkey trip ). The hotel guy gave me all information I need about the area . In brief, it’s a good stay.

The Hotel was delightful a #1
The hotel was wonderful in a great location very close to the white calcium terraces and restaurants. The room was delightful, with a very comfortable bed, very clean room and bathroom. Great shower with hot water. Breakfast was very good as well. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We could not fault the hotel and all this along with the price we highly recommend it.
