The whole place was well designed with a small pool in the court yard/dining area making it a pleasant place to eat. The menu was quite extensive and good value. The service in the restaurant and elsewhere was very good. The breakfast offered a wide range of foods to satisfy most tastes. The hotel was very clean and seemed to have been recently built/refurbished. The rooms were not large but sufficient with great showers and plenty of hot water. It is 6 minute drive to Pamukkale itself - the South Gate entrance, which isn’t well signed, is the best entrance to access the main attractions. . This hotel in October 2024 was great value for us and the opportunity to do a hot air balloon ride through the hotel for far less than €100 is much better value than in Cappadocia.

Nice and clean, excellent customer service, good breakfast, front desk answered all the questions we have. Out Side area/pool area is a good place to relax. We walked to the Town Entrance of Travertines of Pamukkale in the morning. It is about 14 minutes.

All the staff are lovely. Me and my family were at this hotel around 5 days as I was getting married nearby. We had a couple of pool days (pool is freezing) and ate at the restaurant a few times. Delicious food, clean rooms, relaxed atmosphere. Just what we needed. Only critical comments would be that the dog barking woke us up on the last night (room 202) some hooks in room 309 would be useful, and sometimes there was a sewage smell near the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel though. My brother and two children were initially given a very small room as a family room but they upgraded him after he complained. Pammukkale is just round the corner and my room had a great view. Fresh towels for the pool area too were a great touch.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice, breakfast buffet was plentiful and over all it was a nice place. IF you can get over the les than friendly manner in which one is welcomed by front desk and restaurant staff, its good option in Pamukkale.

Good hotel if you are visiting Pamukkale. Large with lots of rooms, which brings a bit of noise, but friendly staff and a useful (free) shuttle service to up the travetines. Good value for money at the hotel, but having travelled extensively in the hot spots of Türkiye Pamukkale was the first place we felt ripped-off by all of the expectant local cafes and bars, who are desperate to hawk you in with little of the usual Turkish hospitality and respect for paying customers. Been there, fantastic history, won’t return, the town is solely focussed on squeezing every penny out of every passing tourist.

This is a cute property that it’s convenient for a one night stayed to go to Pamukkale. They offer shuttle service to Pamukkale. Not a round trip but at least on the way over there. The property is only 2km from Pamukkale but the taxis want to cheat you to take you back to the hotel. The breakfast is good and included.

The room was nice and clean with a balcony. The bathroom was a bit outdated especially the area around of the sink counter. The breakfast offered a big variety. Breakfast staff did not speak much English. Parking is free.

Unal who was the manager was very friendly and helpfull. Channol the day time manager speaks many languages and well help you with every need.
