The view was beautifully from every corner of the property. I would definitely recommend. We arrived a lil late, so the restaurant was closed. We were given an option to order room service, but were then told the kitchen was actually closed. The good thing is that the rest of the town was a short drive & we were able to easily eat outside of the hotel. We also requested a boat service from a near by town. We had to pay a dock fee. Everything else was amazing.

Beautiful hotel with great pool and jacuzzi amazing views of the lake. Cute private beach area and dock to jump in the water. Amazing brunch on Sundays. 10/10 loved it here!!

The hotel grounds are breathtaking beautiful. You can tell that they out all their efforts into maintaining the gardens and outdoors. Rooms are damp, musty, little ventilation, dated, very noisy and plumbing is horrible. Restaurant service leaves something to be desired. Front desk is friendly and helpful.

The hotel's view is aesthetically pleasing and the environment is tranquil. One minor inconvenience we encountered was the difficulty in arranging accommodations for my group of friends. The scheduling process was somewhat disorganized, and it took some effort to find a staff member who could assist us. Despite the staff's helpfulness, I was disappointed that they were unable to locate someone who could verify the availability of rooms for our group.

Property was beautiful and clean. All the areas are well decorated with great detail. Staff was friendly and helpful, the only issue we had was in the restaurant, rude waitress controlling the amount of coffee we had, excessively high prices (breakfast buffet for $38 and continental $22)

What a beautiful hotel with amazing gardens and view. The room I stayed in had the most incredible view of the lake and volcanoes. The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
