With suite-style accommodations, the property is ideal for family reunions, wedding or anniversary parties, or other special occasions.

The home’s interiors are finished in a neutral palette of whites, tans, and grays, creating a soothing atmosphere that lets the vibrant colors of the coastal surroundings be the stars.

The ground-floor staircase and elevator let you access the second and third floors. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are both contemporary and charming, with sleek, flat-fronted cabinets, gas cooktop, and a farmhouse-style table with seating for eight, the kitchen bar with additional seating for four.

The comfortable living room includes a plush sofa, side chairs, bench seating, and a large smart TV. Off the living area, a balcony with seating for four overlooks the homes of Rosemary Beach.

The home accommodates fourteen guests in the five hotel-worthy bedrooms (with an extra bunk set near the home’s entryway). Like the other spaces throughout, the bedrooms use a restrained color scheme and plenty of natural texture for a luxe, layered look that’s still relaxed and beachy. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and free Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Inaccurate site description
This is NOT a 5 minute walk to the beach. You do NOT have access to rosemary beach, which the listing does not state. It is a different beach community you must walk to. Even when you google map, it says it is an 8-10 minute walk. That is not with children, or any of your beach gear either. It IS on the parking lot side of many restaurants and shopping, but it is false advertising that it is a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Best location on 30A. Close enough to Rosemary and Seacrest but out of the crowd. Easy walk everywhere. The property was clean and spacious and nice. Would definitely stay here again. Bed was super comfortable. Only complaint - the furniture in the TV area could be better. But, you're at the beach so no real issue. Communication and ease of booking and check in was great.

Best managed property we've ever stayed in
The house is awesome. It is clean and has the most comfortable beds. Great location, close to restaurants and little sundries store and the beach. It is not on the beach side but just on the other side of 30A. The company that manages the property is the most responsive and accommodating that I've ever experienced. They texted leading up to our check-in and after we arrived to make sure everything was good. If I texted them for help, they responded almost immediately and made sure we were good. The house was great, but the level of customer service was exceptional!

Great for teens
The home has the space that we were looking for, a group of 6 adults and 7 kids (3-16). It was a safe area that we had no qualms of letting the kids go out together without adults to wander the shops or get ice cream. Very much appreciated the bicycles that were there for us to use. Pool was conveniently located. On the other hand, the elevator wasn't working when we checked in and repairman didn't come in until Wednesday morning. Floors were dirty; had not been mopped in ages. The management company was very responsive, but their housekeeping isn't very good. Still, we had a great time!

Great Location
This home is beautiful! Perfect for all 11 of us! We had my older in laws with us and this house was very accommodating as it included an elevator which my father in law could use to get from floor to floor. The pool and tram stop for the beach were right outside our door which also made it easy for my father in law. Restaurants and shopping were just a few steps away and we really enjoyed the bikes that were included with the property.

Property had nice rooms and beds. Kitchen could have been better stocked with cookware and glasses. Floors were not mopped as our toddlers feet were black after running around upon arrival. There was sand still on floors as well. Bathrooms seemed clean though. Overall we had a good stay. However, we did not get the access code in the email and it took us 30 minutes to finally get in.

Perfect location and within walking distance of so much! Great condo layout for multiple families/couples. Close enough to all the action but surprisingly quiet inside the condo. 2 garage spots with room for two extra vehicles was super nice as well since parking can be tough to come by during busy times.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This house is exactly what I imagined from the pictures! A very spacious 3-story, more than enough room for our group of 8. The location was perfect, easy to walk to Seacrest shops, Rosemary Beach shops, and the walk to beach access want bad either. We chose the use the shuttle every now and then for convenience of bringing chairs and bags to the beach, but definitely didn’t mind the short walk! Would reco anyone to stay here!

This property is just as advertised in the pictures: beautiful! Highly recommend!
This was our family’s first time in 30A, but it won’t be our last! Our multi-generational family of 11 stayed at this beautiful home and we all had plenty of space! It is within walking distance to the gorgeous beach and the shops and restaurants are all basically at your doorstep! Easy parking for our four vehicles, too! Communication for any questions or issues that we had were responded to promptly by Sandra and she was very accommodating! Would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Townhome at Seacrest
This townhome met all of our expectations and more. It was adjacent to shopping, restaurants, grocery, etc. It was both beautiful and comfortable with tons of space. Walking to the beach or the gym at Rosemary was brief. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The only downside is that there is an extra cost to use the Rosemary gym and tennis courts. We learned that those who book through Rosemary Cottage Rentals have full access to the gym and tennis courts in Rosemary Beach (by the way, this townhome sits at the boundary line between Rosemary Beach and Seacrest).

We Loved This Place
When booking this property we had no idea that it would be such a convenient place to stay. The Seacrest Beach shops are literally within 100 feet of the property, and the Rosemary Beach shops of which there are many (restaurants, ice cream shops, boutiques, cocktail bars, etc), can be reached in a 5-10 minute walk. Half the time we walked to the beach and the other half we took the tram. Depended on how lazy or tired we were, but the beach is definitely within walking distance. As far as the condo itself, we had a large party of 11 family members celebrating an anniversary, and not only was the place immaculate, there were plenty of rooms and bed accomodations for us all. Honestly can't think of anything negative about the place. We would definitely choose it again if we had it to do all over again.

Great adult vacation
We had 9 adults stay at this property and had a great time. Weather was perfect and the location was great. Right in the heart of Rosemary beach. There are lots of “rules” to go to the private beach access (no tents, can’t roll a cart (so had to carry it), no bikes and no “games” allowed etc). But we found that the public beach access was less crowded, tent friendly, game friendly and we had plenty of space to spread out. We used the bikes, pool and gas grills. It was a perfect place and we look forward to renting it again. Owners were very responsive and friendly.
