Excellent house, patio and View
A girls weekend and this house was perfect for us. The patio is the crown jewel of this place. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. A short walk to the beach. Down a few stairs, over the sand dune and you are on the beach. The beach was never crowded because you are north of the pier. It was fantastic.

Great spot!
The location is fantastic. It is away from a lot of the touristy stuff but close enough to get whatever you want. Because of this the beach was not crowded at all. You can just come in and out as you please. All the amenities give it the comfort of home. Only have one negative comment. The decks are great but there is no lighting so we couldnt sit out there at night. Just a few lights would really make it awesome.

Great place. The deck out back is the cherry on top. Only complaint is the cameras they have? Don’t really like the idea of being watched of course. Parking up front is tight but usually due to the other units.

Relaxing beachfront condo
Our famiy of 6 stayed here for 4 nights. Communication is quick and easy with the owner, and we didn't have any surprises. The back deck, overlooking the ocean, is really fantastic. The retractable awning is pretty awesome for those hot sunny days. The beach wasn't overly crowded since this little area isn't full of highrise condos, and we were there the first week of July. Everything was clean, and there is a grocery store conveniently nearby. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

What a view!
Perfect location right on the beach, you literally walk off the back deck over the dunes and you’re there! View was amazing. I loved the back deck, furniture was very comfortable. It’s partially covered and also has a retractable awning to cover the rest of the deck when needed. I cook when we’re on vacation so I was happy to see there were plenty of pots and pans and utensils. Living room furniture was also very comfortable as well as the mattresses. Sonya is very easy to reach and property was extremely clean. Loved it!

Amazing rental
Beautiful property with sea right outside your back door. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Close enough to the pier but not so close that you had to deal with the crowded beach.

Our stay was amazing , the location of this amazing home , the perfect view and access to the beach right off of the deck , Sonya was completely amazing and made our stay a breeze . 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be staying at this lovely home again every time we plan a trip to Panama City Beach if available !

Review
The stay was great we all had a great time and enjoyed the stay. The only flaw I had was the host waited until the day I left and was already 4hrs into the trip to let me know she needed a contact signed and a copy of my drivers license. I took care of it on the road and everything went great after that.

Beachfront!
A beachfront townhouse or house is the best, and this one did not disappoint! The ease of parking directly in front of the townhouse and walking out onto the beach from our private deck cannot be beat. The house was as described and very nice! The balcony and deck were wonderful! When not on the beach, we were on the deck enjoying the views and waves crashing. The beach was practically our own private area. Sonya was easy to communicate with and check-in was no problem. We would definitely stay here again!

The best view
We had an amazing week at Sunset Grace! The location is great. The view is incredible. The beach was never crowded, even when it was. Sonya was so very helpful anytime I had a question. I'm not typically one who will reach out to ask, but she was just so personable, I felt comfortable asking her about anything! The ice cream and escape room across the road were awesome as well. The beds were very comfortable. There was also plenty of the things you need like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. We just had an all around awesome week. If I were to try and find a single thing to possibly complain about, I guess it would be how bright the bedrooms got very early in the morning. So if you like to sleep late, that might be an issue. That would not stop me from choosing this place again, however! We absolutely loved it, and hope to be back next year!

Wonderful!
We had a marvelous time with the sand only steps from the back door! We enjoyed grilling out, using the fire pit, spending most of our time out on the beautiful white sand beach. The house was clean and comfortable! Having coffee out on the deck with the ocean sound and nice breeze was awesome. Very private and true on the beach feel. I would definitely come again.

Inaccurate listing
Location was great, but property was not accurately listed. I specifically searched for a place that would sleep 8 and this location showed up in the search. When I booked, the description stated that it had 4 bedrooms, the last one containing a futon and sleeper sofa. When I arrived, I found only 3 bedrooms and no futon or sleeper sofa. This place only sleeps 6, unless you count a recliner as another bed (which I don’t). When asking the manager about the lack of an extra sleeping space, they said they just added a new recliner? Then they changed the listing to remove the reference to a 4th bedroom AFTER WE WERE ALREADY STAYING AT THE PROPERTY. It still says it sleeps 8, but that is NOT accurate.

Wife says “The Perfect Vacation”
Family of five; two teens and another one soon to be. This was the perfect set up for us. Clean house, easy to find, everything we needed for a weeks stay, and a great view of the beach. What we wanted was a place on the beach, that we could easily walk to the water, had a nice view and enough room for everyone to have a little privacy. This place had all of that. Oh, and the back deck was very nice with great seating. I enjoyed sitting under the palm trees every morning/evening, listening to the waves. The beach was not overly crowded and at times, there was nobody within a couple hundred yards on either side. The only things I would say to be prepared for are bright lights from across the street in one bedroom. Not a big deal unless you need it to be very dark to sleep. Can be easily resolved by putting up a towel or blanket. The other was to be aware that you will be able to see your neighbors if you are on the deck at the same time, depending on where you sit. There is privacy fencing that helps. We had great neighbors on one side and the issues on the other side (big family of very heavy smokers) were somewhat resolved on its own. Neither one of these are at the fault of the owner and were only very minor inconveniences. In all, it was a great spot for us to visit and we would return if we ever make it back down that way again. Highly recommend if you have a family size similar to ours.

Wonderful Experience
I cannot express enough how great of an experience the Sunset Grace was. Sonya was very easy to communicate with and was always very responsive. The location was conducive to shops and restaurants while not being crowded. The house was immaculate and very easy for older family members to walk down a few steps and be right at the beach. If I could give this location 10 stars I totally would, would defiantly recommend to all.

Perfect location!!!
Birthday celebration for the whole family. The house is great and offers spectacular views and is 50 steps from a beautiful stretch of beach that almost feels private. I would definitely stay again. Sonya was great to work with!
