Tämä huoneisto valmistettiin hiljattain toukokuussa 2017.

Ocean Ritz Beach Resortissa sijaitseva condovuokraus on 4 makuuhuoneen ja 4 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto, joka sijaitsee Panama City Beachissä, Floridassa. Hotelli tarjoaa upeat näkymät rannalle ja lahdelle edestä yli kokoisesta parvekkeesta.

Loved the location
Office manager was quick to respond and went out of her way to bring another parking pass for us. Loved the location and balcony. Minor things needed fixing like a lot of plugs not working and washer left marks on our beach towels and oven smoked and set off smoke alarm on first day. With minor repairs this would be a A++++++place to stay at. You couldn’t beat being right on the beach.

Great place for a Fall Break
Overall, the condo was very nice. Clean and spacious with plenty of cooking/eating supplies for the kitchen (and grill) and toys/chairs for the beach. Beds were comfortable and rooms were big enough to fit additional twin blow-up mattress' for the kids. Kitchen was tight for multiple people, but the dinning and living room was huge. Balcony is enormous, could have sat out there all day wtching/listening to the waves. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for 2 things: Parking and Elevators... They both were horrible! Thankfully, being on the 3rd floor (first above parking) we didn't rely on the elevators too much, but when we needed them... we waited and waited. Parking was just a disaster with only 1 (very snug) parking spot in the garage (for a condo that sleeps 12+) and 1 spot in a very small overflow lot across the street. Which we never got to park in because it was always packed (this is in Oct). We ended up paying to park 2 vehicles in the public parking lot behind the overflow lot all week. Not a bad walk as long as you're not unloading. Pool and hot tub area was very nice and clean. Grilling area next to the much used hot tub was also clean and operable. One of the grills was a little slow to cook but the other worked great. The beach was great with a big sand bar area at low tide made for a great "kiddy-pool" area that wasn't too rough on the little ones. Overall experience was great as far as the condo and amenities were concerned. Just parking sucked.

The stay was nice and I love the location but the parking is horrendous, and only 2 parking passes, with one being in an overflow across the street, for a 4 bedroom and 4 bath condo. Several minor things were broken but did not affect our usage or stay at the unit. I let the host know immediately and they were quick to respond each time. It needed a really deep clean but was fine

Roaches
The doors was literally laying in the floor, roaches the size of madagascar roaches. Lamp broken and door handle broke laying in the floor. Washer smelled so bad like meldew made whole bathroom smell.

Disgustingly unclean
The bed linens were old and most had stains on them, a throw pillow for one bedroom had something spilled on it and I washed it. All the tub/showers had soap scum and grime on the walls, there was two pair of underwear (not ours) under the nightstand, the beds were uncomfortable. When we arrived the water was running from the spigot to the shower and would not turn off. Called and a maintenance person attended to it the best he could then he had to call a plumber but since it was the weekend we had to wait two days.

Comfy and Roomy layout
We were overall pleased with our stay. The bedrooms are split and doesn’t feel like you are overtop of each other. I didn’t hear my family at all when in the room with door shut. Room with bunkers shower sucks and trickles 24/7. The one master suite toilet seat was loose as the dickens. Those are minor complaints and did not affect the stay, maybe only my hubby with helping turning shower and off. The balcony is huge, and such a great feature! Thank you!!!😊

Very nice condo!
The parking spots are very confusing & one parking pass is definitely not enough, the wifi is not very good, the beach is full of paid chairs, so not very much room to set up personal stuff, but the condo is in a great location, very clean & spacious. It was overall a great place to stay!

Needs a little work
The parking situation is crazy, there is 1 parking pass for a 4 bedroom condo, other pass has to park in overflow across the street. It was not bad for us but I couldn't imagine if the property was full or during peak season. The mattresses are in DIRE need of replacing. They were all terrible. Saw 2 roaches in one bedroom, but none anywhere else. There was no broom or vacuum in the condo which made it hard to keep floors clean, so we bought a broom and dustpan. The condo had plenty of room for our group of 11 and the view and location was amazing. Just some little things that added up. The mattresses was the worse I have ever slept on in any condo we have been in.

Great week!
The condo was nice. The balcony was amazing! Normal wear & tear. We did have trouble keeping the sliding doors to balcony from the living room closed. If you have more then 2 cars parking isn’t ideal. The over flow parking lot is very small. It cost $84 to park in city parking lot across the road. That being said we had great weather & enjoyed our stay.

Looked like a great property but microwave didnt work. A new one was in a box & I even called & no one installed. Outdoor BBQ grills didnt heat up, talked to maintenance, they were unhelpful. Wrong beach gate code. Vrbo said chairs & umbrella on beach but we had to pay $180.

Beautiful, but parking is ridiculous if more than 1 car.
The condo was very nice, beautiful, and clean. Plenty of towels, sheets, and were provided. Beds are very uncomfortable, except the full sized bed in the bedroom with the bunks. We ended up buying a foam topper after the first night for our king bed and slept like babies the rest of the week. The garbage disposal didn't work in the kitchen. The biggest complaint of this place is the parking. We had three vehicles, they only give you two parking passes, with only one parking spot. The second car has to try to get a free spot out of 12 across the street for free (it fills up fast, we ended up having to pay to park two days out of the week). The third vehicle has to pay $12 a day to park in the lot behind the free parking. For the price of this condo, that sleeps 12, the parking should be included! $84 to park your car plus the walk, is absolutely ridiculous. Honestly, we loved the balcony and layout of the condo so much that it almost completely made up for the parking ordeal. Just would've been nice to know before booking.

Spring Break
The highlight of this property is definitely the balcony. It is huge and the view is fantastic! We were able to see dolphins every day. It was also nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. Lots of common space. Being on the 3rd floor was nice because there was only 1 working elevator (although it did look like they were working on getting the second one fixed). Just wish that the pool and hot tub were a little bigger. Overall we had a great stay.

Spacious and great view
Open floor plan, huge deck and great view made this unit a good place to winter in PCB. We a had plenty of room for friends and family visiting and thoroughly enjoyed hearing and watching the ocean waves from our 3rd floor deck. The unit is nicely decorated. The beds and bedding need to be upgraded. Bathrooms are base grade and the whole unit needs to be deep cleaned. That said, the winter rates for all the space & views made the unit a really good value.

Great Balcony
We came and the place was clean and the decorations were cute! The balcony had tons of seating and we could easily see the kids down in the pool and hot tub. The sauna felt so good on the cold days. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, crockpots and blenders. Another plus is you’re close enough to the bottom floor to use the stairs and not need to wait on the elevator. The pool doesn’t open until 10 am and one elevator wasn’t working which sucked for people on the higher floors.

My friends and I had a great week. I love the deco in this unit - it was everything we needed. We did have an issue with the oven the first night. Someone covered the bottom up with tin foil and when we heated up dinner the place filled up in smoke. There was grease spilled on the bottom of the oven. One bedroom did not have a tv that worked. Other than those two mishaps the week was awesome 🏖🌊😎

GREAT FAMILY CONDO
This condo is great. plenty of room, nice furniture, clean, great location. The balcony is the biggest I have seen in PCB with lots of seating for a family. The rooms is big and 4 bathrooms are great. The only downside to this condo is the parking. It’s very very tightly packed in the garage parking. But we made it work! Overall great experience here!
