Our one bedroom, with second sleeping room with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa and two bath vacation condo is a luxurious spot for you and your family. We designed a coastal decor that says, "this is for vacation." We think that by creating a beach kind of environment our place will make your vacation that much more special.

This condo is located next to the elevator, so you don't have to go too far with your luggage.

We just remodeled the kitchen! There is also new tile throughout this spacious condo. You'll also find little conveniences like full size Keurig/Coffee pot, games and books.

WE'VE EVEN INCLUDED BEACH SERVICE SO THAT YOU HAVE 2 CHAIRS AND AN UMBRELLA EVERY DAY YOU'RE HERE FROM MARCH 1st THROUGH OCTOBER 31ST.

Our condo is the perfect backdrop for the breathtaking views of the Gulf you'll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive 180+ square foot balcony. Just like us, you'll want to spend lots of time here because of the wonderful views of the beach and gulf. Whenever we come down we bring along binoculars so we can enjoy the dolphins while having our morning coffee out here. Make sure you take time like we do to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets that are the perfect end to an exciting day - - - or the beginning of a truly enjoyable evening. This comfortable balcony is just the beginning of what we think makes our vacation home away from home pretty special.

About Celadon

Celadon is a unique Coastal style resort building located on the west end of Panama City Beach. It's convenient to Pier Park but it's out of the way of all the Pier Park traffic. It offers a variety of unit features:

Great Stay
The property was very nice, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the location of the rental as it was on the west end and didn’t have to fight all the traffic at the property. The room was very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfy and bathrooms had great water pressure. I would definitely stay here again. I was skeptical at first of how close the room was to the elevator, but it turned out to be one of the best hidden secrets of our stay. We could not hear any noise from the guest coming in or out of the elevator and it made it such a breeze when coming back from the beach. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again in the future.

Nice place - near residential area, so quiet as well.
The condo was as decribed and very nice. The Celedon is the last condo before you get to the residential area, so we liked that it was a pretty quiet area. Beach chair service was included and great as well. We really enjoyed our stay! Thomas Donuts, Pizza and Cream is a 1 min car ride or 15 min walk. We went a coulple times as it was convienient and very good. There are a few things we would recommend the host upgrade for future guests: The couch (had a cover and seemed older), rugs (several were worn down and need replacing) and adding some steak knives (we found one).

Very nice condo!
We loved the giant island in the kitchen instead of a dining table. The couch needs to be cleaned or replaced it had lots of stains which was a big turn off. Master bed and bath were amazing. Could definitely use new pillows and also needs extra blankets. It comes with sheets for the pull out sofa bed but no blankets so we had to borrow a blanket from my parents condo which came with over 5 extra blankets and quilts. But those are just small issues. The overall property was very nice, the pools with maintained nicely, parking was easy, elevators were quick, and our unit was very spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is just as pictured, with a outstanding view of the ocean from the master bedroom and primary living space. The decor was modern and the unit was well maintained and clean. The whole resort was very well kept, and the pools/hot tubs were excellent bonuses. The beach service was a great perk and the beach here has the softest sand and is very clean. This is in close proximity to lots of restaurants, bars, stores and attractions. We loved our stay and plan to return as soon as we can.

Amazing stay!
Our family decided to take a spontaneous spring break trip and booked this condo 2 days before the trip! It looked beautiful from the pictures and did not disappoint when we got there! The place was very clean and very nicely decorated with amazing views!! The Celadon building was also very clean and alway smelled good! The property manager was very easy to communicate with and was prompt on any questions we had!! Can’t say enough good things about this place!! Can’t wait to go back again someday!!

Second Stay in Condo
Second time my wife and I have stayed in this condo. Condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We enjoy the Celadon building at the quieter end of PCB. Great amenities and access to beach, pools, tennis courts and work out room. Could tell a definite improvement with the new elevators. Much quicker without wait or needing to crowd with other groups. Really liked the unit and our stay. I highly recommend.

This unit was amazing! Perfect location, clean and the perfect amount of space for my family of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, dishes and cookware. This property was exactly as described online. It was super easy to check in when we got there. No issues all week! This unit had everything you could think of to make your week, i.e. wine opener, many different sizes pots and pans, a few cutting boards, etc. This was one of the best condos we have stayed in! Hopefully we will travel back to PCB later this year and can stay in this unit again! Thanks for a great family vacation! You will not regret booking here!

This property looks exactly as listed in the pictures. My family and I enjoyed our week long stay there. There is plenty of dishes to do your own cooking, a washer and dryer, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view is absolutely incredible from the balcony off the living room, bedroom, and also mater bathroom shower. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. Location was perfect for my family. Far enough from the super busy strip of Front Beach Rd, yet close enough to enjoy everything it has to offer. The only complaint I have is the elevators are kind of crazy, one was out of order, 2 worked sometimes. Sometimes the waits were crazy, but nothing to stop us from coming back again.
