Sijaitsee 30 A: lla 6 hengelle, 1,680 neliön jalka sisustus tarjoaa kaikki kodin mukavuudet, kuten kaikissa huoneissa on taulu-tv 4K, tilava kannella ja 6-paikkainen golfkärry. Olohuone on täydellinen ryhmän keräily tilaa, koska se sisältää pehmo kalusteet, 60-tuumainen 4K litteä Apple TV premium DirecTV paketti, ja runsaasti luonnonvaloa runsaasti ikkunoita.

Great Location

We have stayed in this neighborhood several times. It’s a great spot for anyone with kids. The property management contact had great communication and is really on top of things way more then others we dealt with. Really cannot say enough good things about him, he was great. Only negative we found is the cleanliness, really could use a better cleaning service some things were fine like bathrooms and counters. Floors, sheets, towels and washer really need to be replaced/ or deep cleaned.

Great stay at Always Saturday

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Convenient location, comfortable space, easy access, and quiet neighborhood. We loved having use of the golf cart and beach equipment during our stay. Great communication from the property manager as well!

Beautiful and spacious!

We really enjoyed our stay at Always Saturday! It was a gorgeous town home, clean, no bugs, beautiful amenities, looked just how it’s shown in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again!

Cleaning service needs improvement

This was our 4th stay at Prominence, and while this property was probably the most well decorated and furnished, it was definitely not the cleanest. Several towels had hair all over them, there was mildew in the shower, stains all over the sofas in the living room, dust all over several of the blinds, and dirty spots on doors. We actually wiped off some of the doors and they came clean, so obviously the cleaning service isn’t doing what they’re paid to do. Again, it’s a beautiful property, and had everything we needed,, but cleanliness was an issue. The only other issue was the garage door remote only worked half the time, even after replacing the battery.

Property 10/10, Agency...

The property was beautiful and I totally recommend. However, it was advertised as being a short golf cart ride to a public beach access with parking, but they failed to mention that said beach is being renovated until June 2022. The next beach is a mile away without public parking. We had to ask two people to finally receive an answer. Also upon arrival there was only 2 toilet paper rolls to be found in the 3 bathroom house. Our property contact said it was all the grocery store had and told us to buy our own. However, someone else reached out from the rental agency and directed us to where the extra was being stored in the house. The communication within seemed inconsistent but overall the stay was great!

A great week!

We appreciated how clean this townhome was as well as the community and close-by amenities! My young girls had so much fun riding around on the golf cart and loved sleeping on the bunk beds. We had such a great time! The only downfall was the community pool is not heated. It is so beautiful and perfect for kids, so we would have loved to have used that more!

We truly enjoyed the stay and the property. It is beautifully decorated and Roxanne was extremely helpful! The only negative is location- it’s too far from any beach access making it impossible to plan a short time to beach and come back for lunch,etc.

Fantastic Experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is fantastic, and the owner was perfectly responsive to all of our needs both before and during our stay. The golf cart is a huge plus and access to the BEAUTIFUL and QUIET Deer Lake State Park beach is close and convenient. I highly recommend booking this property! We'll definitely be staying here again!

Great place- so pretty!

This is a great place to stay. Right across the street from the HUB. All of the units are so pretty, nicely landscaped and the townhome and all areas are spotless! Very well equipped in the kitchen, nice linens throughout the home. Nicely decorated and very pretty! The golf cart was very nice and so fun and useful to have. The garage is great for it along with your own car. Lots of pool toys, beach chairs and beach towels. All of that supplied really helps in packing for a beach trip. Everything you would want is there. John was most helpful in the check-in process and everything went just fine. We had a lot of fun and will stay there again for sure! Thank you!

Perfect family vacation!

After being quarantined for several months we needed a change of scenery and this was the perfect get away for that! The house was perfect for our family. Very clean, exceptional amenities including beach supplies, golf cart and more. The pool is gorgeous and the Hub across the street was perfect for some shopping and late night treats for us and the kids! Beach access is near by and the golf cart made that an easy trip. We also took some time to head to the Rosemary, Aly, and Seaside beach area. Lots to see and do! The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We definitely want to return as soon as possible!

WOW!!!! We had a wonderful time! The property was so clean and well managed! It had everything we needed and I loved the goodies left for me! It had everything you could ask for and the golf cart was a great addition!!!! We will definitely be back!

Clean and Beautiful!

This townhome was designed beautifully with beach chic decor but also had a comfortable and homey feel. It was also very clean which is extremely important to us. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything to cook with. It was so nice that they provided everything you would need or want for the beach (plenty of chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler, etc) and a golf cart to get around. We used the golf cart to go across the street to the HUB. The house is right around the corner from the pool, only about a 2 min walk. We did use our own vehicle when we wanted to go out to eat as the only places to eat that are close are in the HUB and those are just quick bites. We also drove to different beach accesses on 30A. 30A is a long stretch of road that takes a while to get up and down because of the 25-35 mhp speed limit, traffic and people/bikes everywhere, so I am glad we had our car to get around in. We had a wonderful trip and were so happy we chose this house to stay in!!

Spectacular vacay!

The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The house has top of the line kitchenware. The owners were so easy to communicate with. We loved the beach umbrellas and chairs provided along with the golf cart. The townhouse was centrally located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The Hub is a great experience for dinner choices and walking around. Also Frankie’s bike shop has bike rentals for as many days as you would like. We checked out numerous beaches during our stay and all were beautiful. The pool is beautiful but way to crowded. The subdivision may need another pool with all the renters. We will definitely be back and hope to stay at this property again. Thanks for the memories!

Amazing!! I loved everything about this cozy townhome!!

The check in process was seamless. John made sure we had all the information we needed for a wonderful stay. The binder with all the information we needed to know in order to navigate through the area was laid out for us upon arrival.
