NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION!! Property wide construction starting Oct. 14, 2024, estimated completion date is June 6, 2025. Construction will be very loud at times throughout the project, including grinding, hammering, etc. Balconies will be inaccessible at various times during the project, balcony furniture will be placed in units when balcony work is being done. There will be periods when the units will be blocked from rental for some portions of the work. Schedules for project stages will change, pending weather. Please contact the local office with any questions.

The family chef will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, utensils, and cookware. Use the shared charcoal grill to throw a little char on today's catch after a day on the water. The blender will make short work of that slushy margarita or strawberry daiquiri! Later, enjoy a good book out on the balcony before heading down to the beach to saunter along the shoreline under a canopy of evening starlight.
Want to get out on the water? Then you should definitely hit up LD Surf Shop, just over five miles west, for boards, gear, and souvenirs. Austin Magee's Surf School is only eight miles away in case you're feeling a little rusty. They offer rentals and lessons for every age bracket at super-reasonable prices. Maybe you'd like to get out a little farther? 30-Angler is only two miles from your front door to take you out to the beautiful limestone reefs that jewel the Gulf.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
