Welcome to Celadon 306! The 3rd floor is a perfect floor for you! Great view of the beach and ocean from the balcony and you can easily take the staircase down if preferred. It is only 1 flight down to the 2nd floor walkover to the garage.
We pay for beach service for 2 (2 loungers on the beach and an umbrella) from March 1st to October 31st...that would normally cost you around $40 + a day!
Please note that there must be a responsible party who is 25 years of age or older to rent our condo. I will need an emailed or text copy of the primary renter's driver's license after booking. Celadon does not allow smoking OR vaping, even on the balcony...they are very strict about this rule. There is a designated smoking area outside. No guest pets are allowed.
You will love that there is no check in when you arrive; we will text you a code for keyless entry. Wifi, Celadon amenities, and beach access are all included in the price quoted. There is a $45 parking fee per space per 30 days that is paid directly to Celadon Beach. Please ask about other types of special vehicle parking.
My photos were taken by me; no touch-ups or professional photography. Our condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bunk beds in the hallway, as well as a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. Up to 4 adults can stay, 6 total people are allowed per fire code. The bunk beds are for kids only. This is a clean condo. All floors are tiled, so no stale or dirty carpet smells. I have 5 star Vrbo reviews, but I have many repeat guests who would add to those great reviews.
There is a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico where sunrises and sunsets can be your very own private shows every morning and every evening. Dolphins and other sea life can be seen from the balcony, also. Condo amenities include smart TVs, DVD players, cable TV, Internet, WiFi connection, 2 pools (1 indoor/outdoor and heated during colder months), a fitness center, tennis/pickleball court, charcoal grills, and covered parking. There is a washer and dryer and a full service kitchen that includes utensils, dinnerware, cookware, and a dual coffee pot/K-cup maker.
The beaches of Panama City Beach are some of the most beautiful in the world with white sand and emerald water. This condo is right on the beach so there will be no waiting to cross the street...hit G for ground floor on the elevator and there you are! During the warmer months there are on-site rentals for jet skis, banana boating, deep sea fishing, and more.
Tons of shopping, restaurants, golfing, sky wheel rides, kids' activities, and a cinema are about 2 miles away at Pier Park. Across from Pier Park is a fishing pier that stretches into the Gulf...very pretty! Frank Brown Park is 3 miles away, Camp Helen is 6 miles away, 30A is 6 miles away, and so much more! This is a family-friendly resort; great night life is a short distance, toward the east end of the beach. Celadon is on the quieter, west end of the beach at 17757 Front Beach Road.

NOTE: Please be aware that when double red flags are flying, there is a great risk of rip currents. Research how to save yourself from rip currents prior to your stay. Double red flags mean you must stay out of the water because there is significant danger to you or your family. Naturally, children are more easily swept out. Because there is a significant risk of drowning and risk to first responders as well, you can be arrested for not obeying this law. Stay in tune to weather conditions. Severe weather/thunderstorms can pop up suddenly in PCB. Our condo has several brochures out for you to review flag meanings and saving yourself from rip currents as well as the Leave No Trace & Sea Turtle Nesting ordinances.
