This beautiful, 5th floor, two bedroom , two bath, luxury, corner unit is overlooking the Gulf of Mexico’s emerald waters in the heart of Panama City Beach. We invite you to be our guest in our comfortable Gulf front vacation condominium. Our spacious and tastefully decorated unit is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the white sand beaches and emerald waters of Panama City Beach , Florida.

The Gulf front living room with spacious 271 square feet balcony has been decorated with beautiful flowers and wall hangings, sofa bed and love seat, entertainment center , television & DVD player.

The dining area is occupied with comfortable chairs around the beautiful wood table next to granite kitchen counter with bar stools.

The Gulf front master bedroom has a king size bed, television, DVD player, closet and access to the balcony through a separate door. The master bathroom has a vanity, bath tub and shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, television, DVD player and its own bathroom with vanity, bath tub and shower.

The kitchen has all kinds of appliances including a refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric mixer, utensils, variety of glasses, dishes, pots and pans.

The laundry closet has a large capacity washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Nice Cozy Spot!
My teenage nieces wanted to go to Panama City Beach for vacation this year so I looked for a place on the beach, close to attractions, nice, parking & a great view! This was a perfect spot for us. The parking is close to the elevators. The view front the living room & master bedroom were amazing! It's a corner balcony so kind of panoramic. The walk down to the beach was not long at all. Which is great when you're hauling a lot of stuff for everyone. Everything else to do is right along the strip. Or a 12 minute drive we will definitely be back!

The location and pictures were exactly as shown on the website. The property owner was fabulous with communicating, which I am stickler for. My husband passed away mid-June and prior to that unfortunate event, we had been looking at this property because he had never been to the Gulf. That being said, I decided to take the trip anyway and invited one of my sisters, my daughter and daughter in-law. We had a wonderful time and will definitely re-book this property.

The condo was just as described. The owners were very accommodating helped us out many times and was happy to do so. We had a great time had everything needed for the perfect vacation. Water was beautiful weather was amazing with the balcony wtapped around the side you never gelt as though you couldnt see everything.we would definitely book again. Wonderful host! As always, we enjoyed our stay at Twin Palms for the 3rd year in a row. It's clean, with quick and easy beach access along with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The host, Pari, is very helpful and I look forward to coming back in the future!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Twin Pines Condominiums last week. The unit was nice and clean. The view was fantastic! The hot tubs and pool were wonderful! Parking was good and we never had to wait long for elevators. Our host was very friendly and professional.

We where very impressed, condo was perfect! Pari was great to work with. My only complaint was the bed and pillows but that's an easy fix. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family. Beach was awesome even thought the weather wasn't the best. Overall we enjoyed our stay, will be back!

The property and owner were very good, but there was a 5-day motorcycle rally in town. The noise from those bikes was awful. We cut our trip short ,& went home.

I love Twin Palms!
I've stayed here twice and both times have been amazing. The property manager is very kind, patient and attentive. The location is perfect for foodies, being within a short distance of all the restaurants PCB has to offer. The rooms are very clean and the view from the balcony is great! I definitely look forward to staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was our first time staying at Twin Palms. The unit was clean, spacious, convenient to the elevator, & quiet. The property overall was nice, well-kept and had several amenities (pool, grills, spa, gym, etc.). We would definitely recommend this condo and plan to stay here again!

Nice condo, but...
The condo was good. We did have to sweep shortly after arriving because the floor was dirty, our feet were black! We also had to purchase a mop and floor cleaner because the mop in the room was the older string type and required a bucket which there was not one. Also, I didn't want to have to wring out a mop! The toilet in the main room was loose and it worried us every time we used it. We also worried every time we opened the dishwasher because it didn't seem to be connected to the counter and the top rack would come out every time you pulled out the bottom rack. The dishwasher is older and didn't clean as well. We ended up using 2 dishwasher pods to get the dishes cleaner. The outside furniture is older and rusted. Some of the chairs were wobbly because the legs had rusted so bad. We have not yet found a bed that is comfortable no matter where we stay. I have no doubt it can be expensive to keep up a condo, but some updating of these few items would be good!

Five stars isn’t enough for this condo. I can’t say enough kind words to describe our stay in this condo. The owners went above and beyond anything special request we had.
