The Space:
All three units in a very large triplex just a few blocks to the beach. Great for wedding parties or special events. These (separate) three-story units rented together have 7 bedrooms (sleeps 14), two large loft areas attached to one of the bedrooms (sleeps 10), and three queen, one full, and two twin sleeper sofas in the common areas (sleeps 10). So - the unit can sleep a total of 34 people in beds!

Unit B: The downstairs has one queen bedroom, kitchen, Living Room with queen pull-out sleeper sofa, 2 full size bathrooms (one has bath + shower and the other has a shower only.) Upstairs (second floor) is where you will find the mentioned 2 bedrooms and Full size Futon. Please note the second floor has lower ceilings, ideally suited for young children, so if you plan on having adults upstairs be sure to advise them they may need to duck their head.

This entire building has just been refurbished completely inside and out. New roof, exterior, AC units as well. New paint inside and out, all new flooring, appliances, and hot water heaters.

+ For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located outside the unit door (outside)
+ Flexible for party size if booked with one or both of the other units in triplex, to accommodate 12, 22, 24, or 34 folks (See all listings).
+ Onsite Parking is provided for two vehicles per unit, if you require 1 additional vehicle to be at the complex, please ask the owner for advance approval for accommodations
+ Unit B second floor has lower ceilings, ideally suited for young children
+ If there is an issue with your unit or with the cleanliness of the property, inform The HOST immediately upon arrival to get resolved
