Week of relaxing
Was very excited about our stay. Realizing we stayed in this same condo in 22 and it was absolutely wonderful then and it was all so a great stay this time. Was only a little disappointed in the cleaning of fridge. I think the floors may needed to be swept again maybe mopped. But the kitchen was excellent in having all you needed for cooking it was well equipped with anything you needed for cooking. So overall we were really glad we had the same condo. little better

Wonderful location for family vacation
We loved the location and close proximity to the beach. We did have a couple of glitches during the week but the staff was attentive and quick to return my calls. They handled everything to ensure we had a great vacation!

Perfect Condo for Family Vacation
This condo was perfect for everything we needed! We were able to check in a little early and it was cool and clean when we got inside! The only downside was no oven mitts in the kitchen for cooking and we could have used some extra bath towels since there were 9 of us - and lots of baths!

Great place to stay
My family and I had a great time. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint we have is the elevators on the far side of tower one messed up a couple of times while we were on it. A little scary, but it was fine. This is our second stay at Majestic and we will definitely be back.

Clean and on the Beach
This space was perfect for 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids). Nice master suite and another suite with a bathroom for grandma. It was very clean and updated. Kitchen well equipped with everything except spices (not even salt/pepper).Very easy access to the beach and walking distance to a couple okay restaurants. Unfortunately one is a motorcycle bar and we were there during bike week so be aware of potential noise if you have sensitive sleepers. I would definitely stay again but not during bike week :)

An amazing, clean, and fun stay!
The condo exceeded all of our expectations. We had 9 people and it felt very large, in the sense that we could all be in the room at one time but each have their own space. It was meticulously cleaned and ready for us. The process was simple and understanding. We will be staying here again!

The decor of the condo was awesome! The kitchen was fully supplied with everything you could need except pot holders to get things out of the oven. Overall, it was clean except it looked like nobody vacuumed when we arrived. The main door needs a deadbolt for extra security, especially with little curious toddlers. Location and ease of check-in was awesome.

We had a party of 11 and the accommodations were excellent. The host was very quick to respond to questions and reassured us that there would be enough towels, cooking equipment, and bed space for our large group. The condo did not disappoint and seemed recently renovated. I would definitely choose this unit again.

We stayed in this same property last year. Overall, I like the resort, the owner and the rental company, but the unit itself could use a DEEP cleaning and the couch/loveseat either needs to be professionally cleaned or new ones purchased. They were FILTHY and I didn't even want to sit on them. I like having chairs w/backs at the table since we play games and those are so much better for your back than benches. There were clean dishes in the dishwasher, but they weren't put up (not a huge deal, but made me wonder what else hadn't been done). There was mold in the MBR shower. There was a receipt on the floor beside of the loveseat and a child's 3-d paper glasses on the floor beside of a chair in the living area, which made me question if they'd actually cleaned the floors. I liked the hooks in the master bathroom for swimsuits and cover ups. Beds are ok, but probably need replacing soon. We had to run the dryer twice each time we used it and it was never even full any of the times. We cleaned the lint tray each time and added a dry towel to each load which seemed to help slightly, but the heating element may need to be replaced. The owner and rental company were very easy to work with. We loved playing pickleball, line dancing, and beach sitting every day!

Excellent Accommodations for our group of 7
We loved our stay. The only issue we have was our stay was just not long enough. We had enough room that at the end of the day we could all go to our rooms and relax and prepare for our evening of food and fun. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast a few mornings and dinner a few evenings. The balcony was enjoyed by everyone. The beach, ocean, and poolside were loved. We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful view!!!! It was the best thing about this condo. The jet tub blew black particles out into the water when I used it. We had issues with all of the bathroom doors either not locking or getting stuck. The dryer took several cycles to dry the clothes. The owner did send maintenance in to address the issues I messaged them about. The toilet in the 2nd master bedroom ran constantly and would not flush by the handle. The shared bathroom shower leaked into the hallway and had to be wiped up with towels after it was used. The condo is in need of a very deep cleaning. The couches are filthy and uncomfortable & need to be replaced. The parking is very inconvenient and would be difficult if not impossible for anyone with health issues. The condo was well stocked and the check in process was super convenient. I needed an extra parking pass and called management who said I could get one for $30, I agreed and then they told me they would wave the fee if I gave them a 5 star review!! I was shocked and wondered how many other people they’ve bribed for good reviews. I wish I would have paid more attention to the reviews and found a different condo to rent. This condo has a lot of potential but it needs some upgrades and some tlc.

It was a great location with great access to the beach and pools. We enjoyed our stay! The unit itself needs a little attention to loose tiles and small things but was clean. It would have been nice to have some starter cleaning solutions such as dish soap and tablets and just a few more hand towels to use.

We traveled as a family on spring break. I was pleased with the location, check in and condo. The pools were great. We enjoyed the stay. I was not so happy with the cleanliness of the condo at arrival. I needed to sweep as there was food and dust on the floor. A toilet was also not clean on arrival. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Awesome Girls Trip (40's/50's)
The property was nice and exactly as advertised. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and we all enjoyed beginning our day on the patio with breakfast, watching dolphins and manatees (1 day). We played pickleball every morning, then sat on the beach the rest of the day. Shops and restaurants are nearby. We LOVED the Pink Pelican Ice Cream Shop, it was nearby, which was good...and bad :). We never heard anyone around us, so the condo must be well insulated. Workers/staff were friendly and helpful. It was a bit crowded until Monday, but then cleared out in a major way, which was nice. I've stayed in places where the elevators took forever, but theirs were always speedy (and we were on the 19th floor). Loved having the tennis court onsite. Both the owner and managing company were easy to work with and extremely responsive. I loved being able to go straight to our condo without having to check-in anywhere...that was nice. None of us wanted to leave, if that tells you how great our trip was.
